I just moved here and used to see one of the top plastic surgeons in the south and I found Nina’s place and she’s literally 1000000x better. What I was doing was so archaic, she suggested a different treatment path. I literally look so much more natural and even more youthful than what I was doing prior. I’m so obsessed. I did threads, Botox and filler!! I will never go any where else. She’s the absolute best. The place is soooo boujee cute, clean, everyone is SO nice. Best injector in St Pete Tampa Bay Area. PERIOT

Nina is WONDERFUL! She is super patient and explains everything really thoroughly. I’ve been to quite a few injectors and I’ve never had one provide such a high level of detail. She really listens to you - I tried something that didn’t work for my face and she was very kind and warm when I was honest with her about not loving it. She recommended something else instead and I LOVE my results.

First time getting lip filler and Botox. It was so easy and painless, quite literally didn’t feel a thing. Nina and her team are amazing!!! I moved here from up north and after having the same injector for 5 years, I’m very picky who I let touch my face. I took my time researching & finally found Nina. Not only is the office adorable and you’re greeted by the friendliest girls, but Nina is so welcoming and the absolute sweetest. You can tell she is passionate and cares about what she does so much and listens to her patients. She takes her time and goes over in detail everything she is doing & does not rush. I learn something new whenever I sit in her chair! Every time I come in it is so fun, i feel like im visiting a friend & I look forward to it ❤️ I got lip filler and she has so many good techniques it was a breeze, she even saved the last bit for the follow up appt to make sure they were perfect. Every time I leave my appointment I want to book another one just to come see her again soon! I’m so happy I found her and I’ll be going to her for all my med spa needs as long as I live in Florida. 😊

IConcierge Medspa is one of my favorite places! Nina and Dresden are absolutely amazing. I receive so many compliments on my skin and my lips. Every time I get my facial and tox my friends ask me “Where do you go”?! I even have complete strangers on the street walk up to me and ask me if I get my lips done because they look so natural. Nina is truly amazing and gifted at what she does and cares about her patients. I 100% recommend this place and now have my 10 closest friends going there!

I recently had my first microneedling experience at Iconcierge medspa, and I couldn't be more pleased! I was initially hesitant—let’s be honest, the idea of needles on my face made me nervous. But after tons of research and a thorough consultation with Nina, I knew this was the right treatment for me. Plus, I got an amazing deal with their special offer of 50% off the service and decided to go for the package of 3 sessions. I’ve always loved Iconcierge for other services, but my microneedling experience was a pleasant surprise. Dresden, my aesthetician, was incredible. She has this warm, knowledgeable, "best friend" energy that immediately put me at ease. She not only explained the process in detail but also embodies what she preaches—you can tell from her glowing skin! The experience itself was so comfortable. You start by lying on a super cozy water bed, with the most soothing ambiance around you. Dresden applied numbing cream, and after 30 minutes, I was completely relaxed—maybe even dozed off a bit! She began with the first three steps of a HydraFacial before moving into the microneedling process. Throughout, she kept me informed on what she was doing. Surprisingly, I didn’t feel anything on my forehead and only a slight tingle around my cheeks, which was impressive considering my extremely low pain tolerance. After the procedure, she applied exosomes (an extra I opted for), explaining how they help with healing and skin regeneration. I did have some expected redness, but less than I imagined. It’s not even been 24 hours, and I already see a noticeable difference—my skin feels tighter, my pores look smaller, and I have this amazing glow! No swelling, no bleeding, just fantastic results! Honestly, if you're not getting your facial treatments at Iconcierge with Dresden, are you really getting it done?

I had my first appointment today, and they did not disappoint!!! Let me start at the beginning… I followed Cassandra on IG, and saw her posting about this Medspa and I reached out with questions. She was always quick to respond and very thorough with answers! It took me a hot minute to finally decide I needed to come see her! I looked through all the different services they offer and decided on a hydra facial and a mini glow up!!! Dresden did an amazing job on my facial and explained everything before hand, it was relaxing and I was comfortable throughout the entire time because she had such a warm personality. After I asked her about skincare and she went through what she thought would work best for what my skin needed…. Then on to what I thought would be the scary part (the needles 😂) Cassandra was amazing! I was nervous about taking up too much of her time asking what I assumed were silly questions, but we went through my profile listed off my top concerns and where would be the best place for us to start! She helped me understand the procedures, prices and aftercare. She was gentle and checked in with me through out the entire process. I left extremely happy, and my next appointment on the books! The spa was bright and clean, but did not give off the “doctor’s office” vibe, they have a very welcoming atmosphere and all of the ladies I met were genuinely nice(I have been to other med spas where they were very rude), it was refreshing 🩷

I just recently got fillers on my cheeks by Cassandra and her hands are literally magic! She left me looking so natural but yet giving me the contour that my face needed. I’m a mom and she gave me back the confidence that I needed for me to feel and look good. So grateful that my first time getting fillers was by her. Nina and her team are absolutely amazing! I go to her for all my beauty needs including Botox, lip filler and PRF! She uses the most evolved and high tech beauty techniques. I am always pleased with the results and she makes me feel confident by always educating me on what she is doing and what to expect from the treatment. Not only that but she is super personable, easy to talk to and always makes sure you feel comfortable. I also get facials done by Dresden! She is so thorough and makes me feel pampered and relaxed. Cassandra is one of the best injectors I have ever worked with. I recently had my lips and dysport done by her and the experience and results were more than I could have ever hoped for! Her presence is comforting and inviting, and her technique is so gentle that I really did not even feel a single needle poke. I see Cassandra routinely for my Botox which always turns out perfect. I also got lip filler done by her for my first time. I was very nervous about it hurting but the pain was very minimal with the numbing. She made me feel very comfortable the whole time and I am obsessed with the final result! I stumbled upon the fabulous Nina after googling facials near me. My first visit was at their Clearwater location, and I immediately fell in love with Nina and team. They were all so welcoming and knowledgeable. When I found out they were moving to a new St. Petersburg location I was slightly hesitant but in reality, it’s only an extra ten minute drive. Centrally located with plenty of parking, it’s the most beautiful medical spa I have ever visited. Nina spent so much time with me going over realistic expectations for my aging skin. I could not be happier with the results and my skin looks healthier and younger. Nina is a consummate pro and every single person on her team is top notch.
