I cannot rave about Lynne enough! I’ve been going to Icona for a few years now and the service and professionalism I receive there is without parallel. Lynne is so personable and professional and THE BEST at what she does! I, myself, get filler and Botox on a regular basis. She takes her time with me, explaining everything and her experience when she injects my lips BLOWS ME AWAY. They come out looking BEAUTIFUL every single time. I’m a travel nurse now, and I STILL go only to Icona to receive my treatments from Lynne. I’ll never go anywhere else!

I found Dr.Lynne on goggle after making a search for MedSpa's in the Ventura area. I had my initial consultation with Dr. Lynne on Monday August 14th, I wanted to discuss "baby botox" since I am relatively young and just wanted to get a small dose of botox on my forehead. I have never had botox before and I told Dr. Lynne my primary area of concern and I thought I had an understanding from Dr. Lynne that she would be able to work with me to achieve the results I wanted. I was given a number of 24 units of botox to start with and a price of $300. I was kind of hesitant and Dr. Lynne asked me if I was ready to start my treatment, so against my better judgement I made an appointment for Friday August 18th at 11:45 am. I retuned back to Dr. Lynne's office on Friday for my appointment and I had a feeling I was making a mistake but sill went forth with my treatment. After I checked in with the front desk receptionist Raquel, I was taken to the back office for my treatment. Dr. Lynne had Raquel collect my payment before starting treatment. As Dr. Lynne was administrating my botox, she did not explain anything. Did not explain what type of botox she was using and not explaining what areas she was injecting. I kept asking her if she got my area of concern because I kept feeling her injecting the "good areas" of my forehead and neglecting my concern area. Dr. Lynne instead said that "one side was very happy and the other very angry" and I saw that as a red flag and I was freaking out. Dr. Lynne made no attempt to reassure me or to explain the process and I was very distraught. After my botox injections, which took a total of 10 min, I got up to look in the mirror and knew I made a bad choice to see Dr.Lynne. Again, Dr. Lynne showed indifference and did not bother to explain my procedure or anything and pretty much told me to leave. After scheduling a follow up appointment for Sept 1st with Raquel, I left the office feeling duped and like I was scammed out of $300. Now it has been 2 weeks later since getting my botox treatment and honestly, I do not see any difference at all. I still have my primary concern area that was not treated and I feel like I paid $300 for nothing. I tried to contact the office regarding my concerns and I was dismissed. I would advise everyone to not book any type of treatment with Dr. Lynne. I do not feel like she listens to her patients and has their best interest in mind, especially with the high prices she charges. Her making inappropriate comments during my treatment made me feel very uncomfortable, and her deciding to choose what she wants for the patients, instead of listening to them is also a red flag. I honestly wished I did more research and visited more doctors before settling for Icona Medical.

I found Lynne through a random google search, looking for a provider in my area who provided Restylane Kysse, although I ended up using a different Restylane product that was more appropriate for my needs. I am so happy that I found her! Not only is she an absolute expert in her field, but she is so warm and welcoming, and makes you feel very comfortable. My lips are naturally thin, uneven, and have a difficult shape. Lynne worked extensively with me to find a lip filler solution that best matched my specific goals. She listens to what you want and provides FANTASTIC results, that even surpassed my expectations! 20 out of 10 would recommend, and I do!

I love Lynne!! I will only let her touch my face lol she listens to me, I’m able to be myself here. She let me know of a rewards program my very first time so I can save money. Lynne is very knowledgeable, answered ALL of my questions (I thought I would annoy her with all of my questions but it was the opposite!! She answered them all with such honesty and care.) She has such a keen eye and is someone you can trust to not upsell you on anything. Before treatment, she explained everything on the tray and what to expect, even after. Her staff is so sweet and easy to talk to. Always recommending!!

I really can’t say enough wonderful things about Icona Medical. Lyne Blackwell is extremely knowledgeable and tailors each individual patients needs with care and expertise. I’m 66 years old and have never had a procedure and honestly did not expect to have much of a result.But I thought let’s just give it a shot. . To my amazement After just the first treatment of Botox and Juvéderm, the results were unbelievable.After the second treatment a month later I can honestly say I look like I had a facelift without the cost and risks of surgery. Lyne Blackwell‘s dedication and artistry has exceeded well beyond my expectation. Lyne's made me a true believer and client for life.

My nurse, Lynne, listened attentively to my treatment goals and proceeded with care. She precisely administered the Botox in under 15 minutes. Over the next two weeks my lines in my forehead gradually smoothed out for a more refreshed, youthful appearance. Results lasted the full 3 months before needing a touch up. I am very pleased with the natural look and convenience of Botox treatment at Icona Medical Spa. Lynne customized just the right dose for my needs. Her expertise showed throughout the comfortable efficient process. This is my go-to place for wrinkle relaxation.
