I went to I Capella Salon for Kylah and the outcome couldn’t have been better!!! She was lovely, kind and attentive to detail; Kylah asked me what I was looking for and proved how much knowledge and experience she has amongst answering all my questions, I can’t definitely recommend her enough and will definitely come back if Kylah is there!! I mean, please look at the work of art she created, Thank you Kylah!

I have been going to Siria for years and since she's moved into this beautiful salon, I enjoy going to her even more. Siria always leaves me feeling beautiful. Bre also gives the best facials. Always great new merch too!! Love this place!!!

Really disappointed. Came in to buy some Davines products but stood at the front for almost 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or saying hello. I was ready to buy $400-$500 worth of products. Very rude. Went elsewhere with my money and time.

I took my daughter there for the first time AshLynn. She absolutely loved it and she recommended it to her sisters so I guess they will be regular customers and her hair turned out amazing she is so happy with it. Being a dad all you want to do is make your daughter happy that made her day so it made my day also. Thanks for the great service.

I got a men’s perm not long ago, by an employee named Amanda. She was really friendly and i enjoyed talking to her while my hair was getting done. I was okay with the finishing results but most importantly i was very unhappy with how much she charged me. A month later and now my perm is gone, no curls at all. I’m not quite sure if it’s their cheap products or what but i’m very disappointed and upset with my hair right now. I will not recommend this place nor will be going back again

I had made an appointment with Taylor a month ago for Saturday 8/21. She literally canceled two hours before . Saying she was sick , didn’t question it OK. She text me back Sunday morning saying she could do my hair during the week , when she would feel better. I thought that was fine. Rescheduled for Thursday late after I would get out of work. And seriously canceled again not feeling well still. Want to give her the benefit of the doubt about being sick but it professionally I think another colleague could squeeze me in.

I love this place! They have a great ambiance and such friendly, talented stylists. Dena is amazing! For the first time I have a cut that works with my curls instead of fighting them! I love it!!!!

I’ve been going to Laura several times now for eyelash lifts and lip blush. Not only is she nice and personable but she is very professional and great at what she does. She makes sure you are comfortable throughout the process and is very informative. My lashes are still healthy, that was big concern of mine when deciding between a lash lift or lash extensions. I always love my results, I would definitely recommend.

First time at this place on Saturday. Beautiful place. Nice people. Professional. Dena was the cosmetologist who did my hair. Her hair color and expertise with coloring hair is on point!! My hair even felt great after. But later on in the evening and Sunday morning the look of my cut brings tears to my eyes. Not in a good way. My haircut is chopped and old looking. I should be in an 80s hair band. My hair was a mess before but one of the very first things I told Dena was long layers!! I hate short face framing layers because the way my shaggy hair is, it would cause me to have a mullet essentially. Well needless to say but I have a mullet. I wanted something I could just flat iron and go but this is so short it can’t be. Can’t even be put in a ponytail all the way. I have these large chunky type “bangs” that won’t go behind my ear. I contacted Dena and asked for just a haircut refund bc the website states the cuts are $60. She said she was surprised due to the fact that she barely cut off any hair. But my problem wasn’t the amount of hair she cut, it was the awful cut she gave me. She offered to fix it but obviously I don’t feel comfortable with that. No refund for me and no return for service for them.

I've been dealing with some majorly fried hair and just awful outgrowth, bad haircuts, etc. Basically a disaster. Pam is AMAZING. She cut it so it looks like a real haircut and not like I put it through a weed whacker, treated it so it feels almost alive again. I immediately scheduled an appointment to fix the color issue as well.

I Capelli Salon is a Ventura staple and standard for high-quality hair care. One of the best things about this Salon is its reliability. I know that when I go here, I will get top notch treatment, skilled service, and a warm/welcoming encounter. Service: Pascale, at the reception, is absolutely wonderful. It is rare these days that there are people who will go above and beyond to accommodate you. I appreciate the attitude all of the employees hold, always asking what the customer wants and finding ways to improve their service. They keep upping the experience every time I return! Atmosphere: Having grown up in Ventura County, I am a huge fan of the local artwork on display. There is a really impressive local artist who has paintings on display and for sale throughout the salon. Of course, I am biased since I really enjoy the Ventura pastoral scenery, particularly with orchards :) The ceilings of the buildings are vaulted and it feels super peaceful and spacious inside. When I enter the salon, I feel as though I am entering a luxurious spa too! Hair: I return every three weeks and consistently get a cut that the stylist here has recommended to bring out my best qualities. They focus on not only very high-quality cuts and colors but also the whole person. I appreciate the holistic approaching to making their customers feel confident and happy with their hair. I have certainly felt this way numerous times. The salon also offers a variety of products that are pretty innovative, fresh brands. Overall: I think that there are many fantastic salons in Ventura, but I Capelli's consistency and continuous effort to care for their customers is a reason I'll keep coming back. Highly recommend it!!
