I come here often and not to sound biased, but I always request a male massage therapists because my back and neck and shoulders need DEEP intense massaging. They always execute. If you give hand gestures as to where you want them to massage you, they will take the hint without you saying a word! 5 stars!! Because I was holding in soo many emotions in my body. It was trapped in the tension and knots. They worked through each part, to the point where I cried real tears! I cried hard. I lost my dad in 2023 to cancer, and I am almost certain that those emotions were still being held in my body. Its always 5 stars when I come here (i am very selective about who massages me). They will work through you scar tissue, and any muscle tension you are experiencing. I have horrible occipital pain and they were able to release some tension there as well. This along with chiropractic adjustments, will bring you back to life. :) 5 stars!

Very good massage place, very friendly, people person, Michelle, Angela , Tom are very friendly, great hardworking people. I have been taking their services from last 6 months, very impressed I have foot pain , it is almost gone after taking foot massage services from them My wife is also taking foot massage as she had foot pain , she is very y happy with their services We will continue getting their services and highly recommend them

Hy Foot Spa continues to keep me healthy. They are well trained, intuitive, caring and quite skilled. Often I drag myself in there completely exhausted or in pain and every time I walk out renewed and feeling healed. I’ve been going there close to ten years and I consider them THE most important factor in my health. They are also immaculate and have great clear energy. So critical to work like this. Bravo. I appreciate all of you!! Thank you for all you do!

They are always so nice here. My husband fell asleep, but they didn’t wake him. They just let him sleep. It’s very relaxing and the price is not bad

My husband and I went here and Michelle was a great host gave us a quick app we got 30 mins of foot massage but let me say WOW AMAZING !! THE GENTLEMAN WHO DID ME WAS AMAZING THEN MY HUBBY AND I HAD DANNY AND ANI AND WOW AMAZING . WE DEFINITELY WILL BE GOING BACK SOON!!

Great place for a massage! My mother and sister had been coming here for a while, but today was my first time here. I felt so relaxed! I actually also had a bit of pain in my neck before coming, but surprisingly after my visit my neck felt so much better. I think I am going to try to come here at least once every month. If I lived closer, I think I’d even come once every week. Haha But if you’re looking for a relaxing hour massage, definitely check this place out. It’s so worth it! And honestly, I’ve seen other places charge so much more. These people really do such a beautiful job for a price you can’t beat. 5 Stars all the way!!

I’ve been here too many times to count. If you are tense, need a mini spa day, some self care time or a gift for someone special please consider giving them a visit. Reasonable prices, calm environment and skills professional staff.

Great little spa. Clean, lightly aromatic and tidy building with attentive and talented staff. Walked in for a foot massage without an appointment and only had to wait 10 min, even though I could tell they were busy. The massage itself felt great and was very reasonably priced. We’ll be back for sure!

I have had many massages in my life , but he is really really really good. By far the best masseuse I have ever been massaged by .

This is a great space to experience Authentic Traditional Asian Massage with a Chinese style. I’ve lived and worked in China for 3 years. From the moment I walked in to this Spa it took me back to the time I was there. From my experience, their services are taken very seriously and professionally. The masseuse have clearly been trained. The prices for all services are competitive and in some cases less expensive than other places. I typically get 1 HR of back or back and feet. Base price is $50 for that plus a tip. More than affordable and worth it for what you get. Full treatment from beginning to end. comfortable tables, great techniques, targeting the areas you ask to focus on. They offer hot stones, lotion and wipe you down after feeling clean. A small water on the way out to rehydrate completes the visit. I’ve been there a few times now and will go back when I need some time to relax and become a little looser. I always feel better upon leaving and satisfied with what I received for the cost! I mainly go to CiCi as she has become my regular masseuse when I visit. They have chairs for your feet, table in the back and a back chair as well for short duration massages. They have a wide array of services and styles and they also offer gift cards. I would absolutely recommend this establishment as the quality vs cost = value for your money.

I’ve been coming here every month for over a year now and always receive a 90 minute full body massage. Tony, Alex and Jason have their own unique style but always good. The place is clean, the staff are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend their services and the price can’t be matched anywhere in the HV.

I’ve been to this spa every few months for about the past 3 years since I moved to Dutchess. In general it’s not bad and you get what you pay for. Prices have increased during Covid due to costs, so what used to be a $30/hour foot massage when I started going is now $45/hour. I had the 30 minute chair massage once and didn’t find it enjoyable to be rubbed over my shirt while being mostly upright. I’m not complaining about the increase but while the cost has gone up, to me, the quality has decreased. I don’t expect it to be equivalent to a more expensive spa visit but my past two experiences were unpleasant. I’m not particularly comfortable with a man giving me a massage, and they have a fair number of male staff members. Service varies from employee to employee and I can say out of all of the times I’ve visited, only 2 staff members did a really great job. My visit before last, I had a male therapist and I had to ask him three times to use less pressure. By the end, when he got to my arms, I stopped him and said I’ve had enough. I was sore for a day or two. On my visit this past Sunday morning, I specifically requested a female, and at the start of the massage, her pressure was already too much, and I had to ask her to go softer. I’m not sure if she understood me because she proceeded to knuckle into my calves and side of my knee as hard as she possibly could, resulting in soreness through Tuesday night, and what I’m pretty positive is a bruise. I don’t understand why massage places think that a hard massage pressing into your bones is relaxing. The service is always polite but unfortunately, I have not enjoyed my last 2 foot rubs at this place, because they are too forceful. I may be very sensitive to pressure, but having two bad massages in a row means I will not return.
