One of the worst place to be at. Think twice before you decide to come get the services. I had my son permed the hair, made us wait 2 hrs and paid $65 for the service but the hair got back to where it was originally. I reached them back and claimed about it. They finally agreed to take care of it but denied to provide additional services regardless the fact that the were available. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

Used their online "appointment scheduler" to make an appointment. Turns out it doesn't actually schedule and appointment for you, just puts you on a call list, but I never got a call back. I called them and said I wanted to schedule an appointment and the lady immediately snapped at me telling me to talk louder. I repeated myself and she said they don't do appointments, just walk ins... After telling her that her website suggests otherwise she said "okay fine what time do you want?" i suggested a time and she just said "okay sounds good" and hung up. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I'll take my business to someone with more tact and respect.

Have gone twice now. Each time I have loved my haircut. Stylist understood exactly what I wanted based on a photo I showed him. Excellent customer service. Will go again.

Girl didn’t even look at the reference photo I showed and that should have been my first sign Completely messed my hair up and has zero understanding of how to cut men’s hair evidently as there was zero attempt at a fade whatsoever. I’m genuinely embarrassed to even post the damage done! I have been screwed before by this place and decided to try and give them another shot only to be humiliated to now look like a mushroom. I will never come here again.

Never coming back here. The hair stylist cut my hair way to short and gave me to much layers that I didn’t ask for. He was going too fast and rough. I wasn’t really happy with my hair. Paid and walked out crying

Been coming here for the last year but couldn’t help feeling getting discriminated today. Stepped in with my son and was told it’d be a half hour wait, we sat down and waited. An hour into waiting we see one of the hairdressers free up and checkout the client expecting we’d be next as it was just us waiting. Then another gentleman walks through the door and asks how long is the wait and then immediately gets escorted to the chair. The employees looked at us and exchanged a few words between each other in a foreign language and then ignored us. At least have some common courtesy or customer service and give your customers the respect they deserve. We walked out and will not be returning.

Just got one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had at this place. The barber did not know what he was doing and kept on making super uneven cuts and trying to hide them by repeatedly wetting my hair. Really disappointing experience.

I swear I am so upset with my hair cut and color.. !!!! Linh who is the owner and hair stylist was very unprofessional and rough with my hair. I have never experienced this with any hair stylist before. She would tug on my hair to position it the way she wanted and when she washed it and massages it...she was so rough ...my scalp wasn't happy. She was like mute or something bc she has no personality . The only time she spoke was when to point me where to go the sink to wash my hair. I can understand if you've had a bad day but this is your profession...don't bring your problems to work. My hair cut and color was not what I showed her in the pics I wanted. Such a huge disappointment. Never again will I go back.

My wife and I went here for hair cuts and neither one of us got what we asked for. Place is filthy, hair is not cleaned up between cuts which has got to be against code. The combs and everything was covered in other people’s hair. The guy cutting my hair would lightly brush what ever tool he was about to use but I doubt any of it was cleaned properly between customers. Worst part is, my cut finished up first so I paid the $20 and left a $10 tip and waited outside for my wife to finish up. Naturally once she’s done they lied to her and said I didn’t pay and they she had to pay for both haircuts. Since my wife is so sweet and doesn’t deal with liars she paid for both hers and mine even though I just paid 10 mins prior. Luckily she mentioned it to me before we left so I could go back there and get our money back. After reading the other reviews here, I can safely say to avoid this place. Yes it’s cheap, and ultimately you get what you pay for. Just don’t let them charge you twice!!

Been getting my haircut here frequently. Good experience most of the time but today was awful. I'm not sure if he's new or not but avoid the young boy. Rough, didn't take his time, and did not communicate well. Kept asking me if the haircut was ok. First off, why are you asking me that. That's your job I'm paying you for. Also did not offer the complimentary wash. First time I did not tip. Will stick with one of the ladies or older gentlemen next time.

AVOID the young boy. I am still confirming if he has a license, the haircut was NOT good. I am sure the boy is a great person but the skill butchered my haircut.

Experience varies greatly with different barbers. I don't think it is good business to change up your client's hair style to whatever you feel like, after messing up the haircut. There's a huge difference with "take 1cm off top" versus taking a whole 4cm off. I could sense that my barber skill was rusty.

Great spot to get a haircut! I would recommend requesting a certain hair stylist though or being very specific every time you visit or else there will be some variability.

I had the worst haircut of my life from the shorter (older) Viet gent here. I even showed him a picture of what I was looking for, but he gave me the most uneven and shortest shave when I didn’t ask for it. Never mentioned the word, “very short” or even “short” but his comment was “I hope that was short enough for you”. All I wanted was a balanced haircut that looks good on me. Now I am off to another salon in hope of fixing this haircut. Hopefully.

I stopped in today and received a haircut from Wu. It looks wonderful and was exactly what I asked for. I've been trying to get hairdressers to give me more layers for years and no one would listen to me. Wu asked when he was about finished what I thought and I was able to ask for the top a little shorter and did it without hesitation. Also I've never had such a gentle haircut, I could barely even feel him touching my hair, almost fell asleep in the chair 😂.

I’ve recently came here twice with pretty good experiences. Unfortunately this third time, the hairdresser didn’t listen to what I wanted for my haircut despite my efforts to explain besides looking at a reference photo I showed. (The haircut the hairdresser gave me looks nothing similar.) It left me feeling frustrated since I’m not someone who speaks up a lot. Additionally the hair washing was very uncomfortable and felt a bit aggressive and rushed, most of my clothes got wet from the back. Mind you they weren’t busy that night. To make matters worst they made an insulting comment in another language not realizing I understood it. The final result of haircut and hairstyling didn’t match my expectations either, which affected my self esteem. I still want to give credit for the first times I was there, although in the end I was left with a pretty bad impression of this place. I left this place feeling very upset.

My bro walked in at 12:30pm and walked out at 5:15pm for just a man hair cut and color. They charged him $200???? That is ridiculous. The man cut my bro's hair so wrongly! This looks so ugly! He tried to take many other hairs and let my bro waiting for 5 hours. Please.... I waited outside and observed all of what you guys done. You guys destroyed his hair. Stupid for $200.

The place is a joke. They need to rework the price list on the wall, and listen to the client. Also the facility needs a good cleaning. I'll go back if they reduce the price to $10 for a cut, it only takes a minute.

Went here on a whim because they had good reviews at the time. I walked in without an appointment and asked for a trim. They took me right away and sat me down at a chair surrounded by hair all over the floor. They couldn’t even sweep up between guests. That should’ve been my sign to leave. Then instead of a trim, the older lady that was there decides to just haphazardly chop off half of my hair. My length was almost to my belly button and she chopped it to just above my chest. I was in shock I couldn’t even say anything. I paid, walked out, and immediately started crying. I recommend literally anywhere else.
