Don’t call asking why someone was charged less than you for a more expensive procedure- you’ll be yelled at to the point people at Nappos can hear. Horrible customer service, and they base pricing upon arrival.

I got my nails done today for my grade 12 grad and I can't be happier! They did exactly want I wanted and they are so gentle. Definitely will go back again!

I have issues with my big toes that cause me pain during pedicures. I have to say that anytime Kyle has done my pedi I've never had pain. All the staff are kind and friendly

Such strange service. The male tech used a new acrylic nail to pry and separate my real nail from my old acrylic nail during removal. This was a very uncomfortable and unusual manicure experience.

A friend introduced me to this little gem. Always excellent service. Kyle does an amazing pedi. Very meticulous. I paid BIG at another salon because I needed a quick pedi and it was terrible. Barely spent any time and rushed me out the door. The next week I visited H&T. Kyle did a beautiful job. My feet looked and felt awesome. The leg massage was heavenly. I won't go anywhere else!!

Enjoyed my experience...until I got home. Horrible reaction to the scrub they used on my legs during my pedicure. The establishment could use a good cleaning as well.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the salon. Kyle and Kelly gave me the best mani- pedi I have had in a long time. If I lived nearby I would be a regular customer.
