I’ve been coming here for the passes 20 years and I always go to ANNA cause I started with her so she’s my go to. It doesn’t matter how many people are ahead of me I always wait. Their prices are the best in riverside county and San Bernardino county.

Annie is literally the best I came across Annie in 2022 and ever since I’ve been sticking with her. I recently moved from Corona to Las Vegas and I still come down to Riverside California just for her to do my brows she will never disappoint. Just let her know what you want and she can get the job done.

I came in for the first time to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady Annie left a lot of hairs on my eyebrows and didn’t trim the top of my eyebrows either.

First and last time I will come here. Read the reviews and they were raving about Annie. So yesterday I had Annie thread my eyebrows, she cleaned them up and hardly did any shape to them. I didn’t love them so I didn’t really want look at them. But the next morning while I was looking in the car mirror I noticed she didn’t really cleaned them up as good as I had thought, she left a lot of hairs that were now visible in the outdoor light. But the worst part was that she cut my eyelid!! It hurts too! She did not do a good job and she hurt my eyelid, a very sensitive area. You can see on the picture the skin was ripped off, and it’s not even near my eyebrow! She was clearly NOT CAREFUL!! I will never go here again! I wish I had been one of the lucky customers so she could have done a good job. Terrible service!

I’ve been coming here for a few months now. I was recommended by an old friend, I haven’t been to a new spot since. I always get my eyebrows done by different ladies in the salon and not once have I felt like my eyebrows were “messed up”. They even do them quick which is a talent! They always do such a good job & I always leave a tip. The customer service is amazing as well, very friendly!

When I first got there I asked ANNI if she could leave my eyebrows thick I had been growing them out for 3 months and I just needed a clean up and she said okay that’s fine she rushed through the conversation so I thought she had it under control. I looked at my eyerbrows after and my right eyebrow was super thin!! She also refused to give me my refund until I highered my voice and she had customers so she gave it back quickly and said not to come back. She doesn’t need to worry about that this is literally terrible

I came to House of Beauty and loved my experience. Vicky gave me a full face, gave advice, and educated me on how to take care of my skin as well as coming in as a maintenance once a month. I highly recommend them and def will be coming back.
