Absolutely amazing!!! My daughter and I came to celebrate her birthday! We wanted to just get our feet done and just have a nice Relaxing experience. We got more than what we bargained for the atmosphere was clean smelled great. It didn’t even smell like a nail salon. It was pleasant and not only that the service was out of this world! I would highly recommend that ladies, even men, go to this spot because it is a hidden Gem!!! I left this Spa feeling all of the goodness my feet can feel. Absolutely beautiful job!!!

They did a great job! It’s not a fancy place, but they really know what they are doing. I got my first ever T.A.P. Gel manicure - turned my short/random length/overworked nails into lovely hands. Highly recommend Tammy and Christy. My friend and I got mani pedis and left feeling wonderful.

I got Gel X for the first time and it was honestly the best choice. It was looking like glass with tiny water drops before the color was added on. I loved it, I will definitely be back. Service was great.

This was the best pedicure I've had in ages. Not only was the studio clean and relaxing, but the technicians were professional and personable. They were both trained in therapeutic pressure point massage. Such bliss!

Me and my best friend was on vacation in hot springs when we went and got our nails done and she also got a pedicure. She did our nails excellent and customer service was really great! I loved how she talked to us the whole time and made us feel like we was at home❤️

I’m giving two stars just because the lady was nice. I like trying different nail salons in the area. This was one of the worst so far. The salon has a strong smell off cat pee and needs a good deep cleaning. I was actually scared for them to use anything on my cuticles for fear of infection. Lucky for me they didn’t do that. The pedicure was the worst I’ve had. The new nail tech (I think she’s new?) didn’t really know what she was doing. Did not cut my cuticles on my toes, clip them or anything. Just washed my feet and slapped, and I mean sloppily applied, gel polish on my toes. Then she put two cold wet towels on my legs.. that was unfortunate. No lotion or anything. I also got a full set of nails done as well. The new girl was tasked with removing one last nail I still had. The grinder thingie kept slipping and catching my finger, that was painful.. then the main lady did my nails so fast I didn’t realize how bad they were until I got in my car and actually looked at them. They are all cut crooked, and none of them are the same length. I did like the shape.. they were just soooo crooked. She also did not cut my cuticles at all.. which is one of the main reason I get my nails done. But again thank goodness she didn’t because everything was dirty. The design I asked for she did her own thing with which was not my style, but I went with it because I didn’t want to be rude.. i know I know.. after I went to wash my hands the sink area was disgusting and there was a bottle of cuticle oil I guess to use?? But it was covered in dead flies that were stuck to it.. super gross. The price was total about $200. The nails fell off a week later. Go anywhere else.

I didn't enjoy my experience because the nail tech who appeared to be the owner and/or manager was more occupied with texting and calls than giving my pedicure. She stopped often during my pedi to answer her phone, make calls, and text. I understand when the phone rings at a place of it should be answered but don't stop my service to return calls and texts. I feel like that can wait until I'm done. Super annoying. I won't be back.

I paid for a $70 pedicure that included a scent box 6 hot stones, paraffin wax and a 20min massage. I got 2 hot stones for not even a full minute on each leg then she rubs a ton of lotion on me and puts my feet in the wax wrapped my feet with hot towels and then sent me out the door without a massage. Isn't that the whole purpose of getting a pedicure is to have your legs and feet massaged?? Idk how you would forget to massage your customer but I sure didn't receive the 6 hot stones and 20min massage. I can't believe it honestly.. no massage? Really? Waste of $ didn't even get the dead skin off where I asked her to either.. there's gel polish all over my toes 😩 it's just bad.. I just wanted to have a relaxing pedicure and I got ripped off instead..

Loved the services! Toy provides an excellent massage! I loved my pedicure massage so much I asked her to also massage my arms and hands while I was waiting for my friend to finish. I’m so glad I did.

The place is under new ownership. The woman who did my pedicure cut me with the cuticle scissors on FOUR toes! Definitely not worth visiting again.

Went here with my 10 yo daughter. The two ladies were so friendly and did a great job on our nails. Would definitely come back next time we're in Hot Springs!
