Horrendous nails like a 5 year old may have done them. Left there w burns and cuts, bled twice and he cleaned it with his one dirty paper towel. He left paint all over my skin and was twisting my knuckles rhe whole time. Would never step foot in that filthy salon again.

I am slightly disabled women, I went for a Pedicure with.Sieky, And she was not only fabulous, but she was very Aware of where I needed a little extra help and she was ready to help me in any way I needed. I recommend her to anybody. She is amazing.

I usually do them somewhere else, but had to go here as i needed last minute appointment. The water was ice cold. Asked the guy to add warm water and they really didn't make it much warmer. Guy who did my feet had to be told to scrap them after being soaked in cold water😓, also being charged $95 for mani pedi… while when i called for appointment i was being told $70, which is way more than I usually paid.. still have my nails looks like exactly before manicured, extra skin around the nails and all nails have different shapes now… Thanks.. I would not refer to someone else.

Absolutley BRUTAL!! I had an appointment for a pedicures only to go in and they had NO HOT WATER. So I said ok well maybe you can just do a color change that would take about 15 minutes they said sure for $30!!! Like Seriously!! What a joke. And not to mention no one could barely understand or speak English!

I paid $50 for shellac and I didn’t even get a manicure. They did nothing with my cuticles or a soak or anything. Place was dirty…never again 👎🏻👎🏻

The male personnel doing nails can't do it properly for children. My child had bruises when the procedure was done. Apart from this, they didn't do it per our request. The nails were done per their convenience. On top of it it was much expensive for the work they do. I will not recommend this spa for anyone.

Went in for a relaxing pedicure. What a stressful experience I had. Very polite staff but not attentive to what they are doing. The pedicure with gel took an hour and twenty minutes. Then one staff member noticed the technician didn’t cure my nails with the uv lamp, and they removed the pedicure and started all over again. The total time was 2 hours and I was charged $59 plus tax. Ridiculous! The color I picked was amazing but I won’t be returning since it was not relaxing at all and I was overcharged, not even offered any discount for the error.

i made an appointment for 12, i was immediately sat down and the guy who started my nails left completely to start a pedicure. i was also expected to lay my hands down on a dirty towel full of hair. i then waited for roughly 15 minutes then assigned to an elderly man (who did not change his gloves after completing a pedicure), who instead of verbally communicating, would hit or squeeze my hand to grab my attention. i then asked for the attached photo and received the darker green, when i had voiced my concerns i was told the asked photo was *photoshopped*, even though i have previously gotten that exact design properly done elsewhere. if someone is incapable of doing the asked for design, they should voice that. my little cousin, who was supposed to receive a manicure, only received getting her nails poorly painted. they also argued she received more services but that is absolutely incorrect. i was offered a small gift certificate for my cousins nails but refused as i will not be coming back. i am awfully disappointed by the lack of cleanliness, organization and standard customer service. i absolutely do not recommend going here, i promise you can receive better nails and customer service for a much better price elsewhere.

Though the people working were nice, my 230 appointment was delayed until after 3. From there it was s rushed job. By the time I noticed, I was home and my pedicure smudged even though I was wearing sandals. Not the best file job on my Bio Gel fill on my hands. Can't say I would go back

I booked a mani (gel nails)/pedi. Pedi was fantastic. Owner then took over to do a fill on my nails. I'm sorry, but my nails looked awful and in 2 weeks they all fell off. :(

The customer service is exceptional as well as the pedicure. I had gel nails done and they aren't filled all the way to the bottom and the nail polish isn't the greatest on them you can see through alot of spots and quite a few smudges the paint job was very rushed. Sadly I won't be back.
