Don't ever go to the first available appointment. That was a disaster haircut/coloring for me ever. She butchered it I don't remember her name...short blond woman she was new and my tint was so dark... To top it off my vacation to Vegas was the next day! I used to like this place but not anymore. I should have stuck with Miko he's the best there for color!! Update this happened today! I'm DONE WITH THIS SALON. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $100 no show but they never even gave me a reminder or text me about my upcoming appt. like I had asked and as they normally do. They lied and said they did but NOPE ..they did NOT. I doubled and triple checked my phone. Then she says well it was 2 days ago that you called. Soooooo?! She knows she lied. Don't go here overpriced, snotty, and now this scam

HOSHALLS is simply great. I’ve been coming here since 2020 for full highlights. I absolutely adore Cindy! So much so, I’m almost fearful to leave this review because I don’t want her schedule getting busier than it already is. She’s in such demand, I like to get multiple appointments scheduled months out in advance.😆Everyone at the Reception desk are always so kind and professional, especially Lex (she may be a manager, not sure). Some stylist are too busy with their own clients to even smile back at you but, the younger ones are very sweet. Overall, I love the vibe of this place.

I got my hair cut by Casey, and she did an amazing job. She was very attentive to what I wanted, and made sure I was happy with the length and the cut. I’ll be coming back in a few months and requesting her again! For reference, my hair was past my shoulders and cost $70 to cut due to length and thickness.

This is not my first review for Hoshalls and myself and my family have been coming here for decades. The stylists are excellent especially Cynthia Mieko and Breanna the entire staff is tremendously on point. Not only will I continue coming back until it closes for the quality of service and the salon line that is exceptional but for the ambience and the peaceful patio in the back. This is a beautiful salon and I always feel like I'm a priority and that each patron is important to them.

This Salon is the most unprofessional Salon I've ever experienced in my life! The hairstyle is there do not know what they're doing and apparently do whatever they choose to do with your hair not what you're asking for my hair came out like a complete disaster Orange hair and did not want to correct the mistake they made and make me feel like complete crap. They started yelling at me getting very hostile gave me anxiety I asked them why are they yelling at me I don't understand why I'm getting treated like crap the only explanation they said was get out of here will refund you your money I was in disbelief on how I got treated I did not deserve this for mistake they made! They left me with orange hair!

I was at the salon today- paid way too much for everything. The massage was good, facial was ok, nothing against the estitician, she was great and friendly- but charging way too much for such a basic facial honestly. The pedicure was just bad. It was rushed and once I got home and actually examined it, there were multiple spots missed and a horrible job cleaning the cuticle, a few look like they are about to peel also. I'm not sure why she was in such a hurry to get done. There were spots I pointed out to her that she missed even. When I got there, there were 2 other ladies getting pedis, when I was leaving, they were just starting to get their nails painted- that's how rushed this was. I mentioned being rushed at checkout and got $10 off, now looking at this terrible job, it was only worth $10 maybe. I spent $370 at the spa just for reference.

Miko is on point when it comes to hair color for me. He has tremendous knowledge and shares it freely. I've learned so much about my hair and have been going to Hoshells for years now. I only get compliments when Miko does my hair color. Never fails someone always says it looks great. Here's a picture of colors that are so on point. It's on the chart so whenever I go I just say whatever's on the chart and we can adjust if I want it lighter darker or whatever. And the shampoo/conditioner head massage is sooooo nice. I don't go as often as I'd like due to prices, but I'm trying to treat myself more and realize it's just inflation and that's the way it is. Actually, he's pretty reasonable.

Everyone at Hoshalls is so welcoming and efficient. Michelle my stylist is fantastic. Working efficiently, she doesn't waste any of her client's time and is an artist with hair. I'm so happy to have found her.

I love coming here for a massage! The Spa atmosphere is very peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. I especially love the dry sauna & the Turkish shower after the massage. In addition to a robe, wrap towel & slippers, they offer complimentary tea, refreshing water and a few snack options as well. Also, the back balcony is a vibe of its own! Make sure to grab a book and enjoy the relaxing time there! ***I was at the Spa on 5/10/23 and they were doing some renovations which lead to the area having a very strong acetone-like smell that forced me to leave the premises sooner then anticipated. Next time I book with them, I’ll make sure the renovation is complete.

I got a great haircut from Gianna recently. I made the appointment by calling in. Gianna was great to work with. I'm very indecisive about hair but wanted quite a bit of length removed. I am growing out a perm and had a lot of split ends. She was able to remove all my curly ends and helped refresh my ends. With a shampoo and long cut(pass shoulders), I was done within 45 minutes. No styling as I had to go somewhere afterwards.

I loved my experience here! I got the Swedish massage and then spent time in the steam shower. This was my first time, and everyone was so helpful. Annie did my massage and was amazing!

I was very excited but for my lady didn't get my Color at all. She had to re do it. It had streaks, I was very disappointed for the price and upscale. Everyone else's color looked amazing, but mine was not even close. I wish I would had given a better service, maybe a follow up appointment so the mistake can be fixed. Who knows.

Just cannot say enough wonderful things about my visit. My partner gifted me a full spa package for Christmas (yes, he's amazing 😍). Every single aspect of my visit, from booking phone call to services, lunch and check out, was flawless. The staff at Hoshall's is TOP NOTCH. The space is clean, relaxing and beautiful. And oooh boy do they take your client experience seriously. The receptionist who booked me made notes on things I had asked about, making my visit extra seamless. I saw Elizabeth for THE best massage of my life. Luda for my facial, five stars babe, my skin still feels so much better! And Mallory (who was really sweet about my atrocious nails and so easy to chat with) for my super luxurious mani-pedi. Every single one of these women (and the staff that supports them!) delivered above and beyond services, and made me feel prioritized and cared for. I'm a service provider (hairstylist) myself, and it was just a dream to be a client outside of my own salon. Everything about my experience was thoughtful and gentle. I typically struggle with horrible anxiety but felt calm, relaxed, and truly taken care of throughout my entire visit. ONLY good things to say about Hoshall's spa, and the team. I'll definitely be back. THANK YOU 🩷🩷🩷
