After and before haircut Fantastic service. I forgot to ask what her name was.. the girl was so accurate and professional.. soothing and relaxing atmosphere in the store too. Thank you so much for such a decent haircut.

Beyond disappointed with the service here. We took our 1.5y/o here for his first haircut and if I could give no stars I probably would. If you're looking for social, friendly, upbeat, happy staff, definitely look elsewhere. The front desk girl did not crack one smile at any time. Literally the face of the establishment and she looked absolutely miserable. We were told to come back as they didn't have room for us at that time which was fair. I asked if there was someone who was good with toddlers as this was his first cut and she pointed to a person, that was it. When we got back, 5 mins to our apt time, she told us we were next. Waited patiently (with a toddler) and when the stylist was finished he pointed to another person and said have a seat. At no point did the front desk girl or the stylist let us know he was running behind, as they're watching us try to keep our 1 year old occupied. Once we saw that person take a seat my fiance and I left with our son for a walk as he wasn't about to sit still for another cut so my mom went and said you told us he was next and the girl then told her he was running behind. We came back about 5 or 10 mins later and wanted to see if anyone else could do the cut (or we would've just canceled and went somewhere else). When we got back there was a swarm of people at the front and I believe the front desk girl was being spoken to about not turning anyone away. They told us someone else could do the cut and pointed to another person. I made a point again to say it was his first haircut thinking someone who be excited and jump on the opportunity but no one did. So we went to the person she pointed to, who to no surprise also did not crack a smile the whole time or even speak to us. I asked if I could keep a piece of my sons hair so I grabbed a piece myself and had to ask the front staff for something to put it in and they gave me an envelope. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. A super memorable moment in every parents life and it was met with miserable, unfriendly staff from start to finish

Went just to get the sides of my Mohawk shaved down clean, nothing else. My hair was not long to begin with on the sides already very short. Buddy who cut my hair apparently thought it was okay to leave the back of someone’s head looking like this. He ruined my Mohawk. He cut the peak of my “ v “ right off and left it all uneven and unsymmetrical. You can clearly see where the “ v “ used to be in the photo I attached. Who does that ? Just decided to take initiative and change someones hairstyle without consent ? This isn’t what I paid for. I am not impressed, quite upset to be honest. So unprofessional. I won’t be going back ever again for a simple shave. I will be going back to file a real complaint though. This is not okay. Hairdressers and barbers should be able to give a shave without chopping off parts of someone’s hairdo they have been growing out for quite a while. Didn’t think I needed to check the back before I left a shave is pretty straight forward. With Rage and Tears, The human who’s hair your staff ruined today. Ps. Stay far away from Judah if you do try this location. As he was barber who thought it was okay to be careless and leave the back of my head looking like this.

I have been going to Hollywood Station mall for years, it's always been good but when my regular stylist was gone on vacation it was recommended that I give a young man by the name of Deep a try. I'm in my 70's and I can say he gave me the best hair cut ever! He is kind, considerate and meticulous about his work. I ask for Deep by name and continue to be very pleased with the results.

if i could leave no stars i would they are terrible if you show them pictures they don’t do what the picture shows most of them who cut hair have no clue how to make it look good i went in with my long hair down my back and i left with it above my shoulders very unacceptable and annoying it took so many years to grow my hair out i left with out paying. WORST HAIR CUT EVER DO NOT GO! should all be fired or just shut it down and tell them to go back to school.

Shae did a fantastic Job on my hair! As soon as I walked into the salon, I was greeted with a smile, very welcoming environment. I was very indecisive with what I wanted to do with my hair, Shae was so patient and understanding! I felt confident that my hair was going to turn out nicely throughout the entire service! A very experienced stylist (Becky) helped us out when we needed, but was very calm and did not step on anybodies toes. Shae, Becky and Cathy made my experience very enjoyable :)

worst haircut of damn life, went there for a trim on my bangs left with them uneven & short on each side; it looked NOTHING like how i showed them it should look. i said it doesn’t look right & but they told me it was “fine” & ignored me. i absolutely do not recommend especially if your hair takes a while to grow back & you have to live with their mistake like me. 👎
