Took my 13 year old son in to trim up his mullet ( that had took over a year to grow)which I had told the blonde hairdresser which I believe her name is Athena, that my son needs a “trim “ not a “haircut” which I believe are two different things. A trim is to fix the existing hair style and a cut is to give some new. Well she butchered my son hair and shaved all of his hair right off from his ears to his crown . He is devastated and will not come out of his room and won’t go to school. I have spread the word around to several people and went to other hairstylist shops to let them know as well. I definately will not be going back there as well as other people that I have told . I believe that she needs to be reprehended. So in saying this I would give 0 stars to this place .

Got my hair cut today by a new girl, inexperienced. She hacked away at my hair despite the photo I showed to her that I requested. I don't know how the seniors rate of $24. + added up to $40. and I regret giving her a tip. I won't be returning there, that's a promise. Not worth $50!!

Had appointment for a nose piercing when lady saw me she said come back an hour, I didn't go back ,I made a next appointment I went thier last week standing at the counter this tall girl pass three times she answered the phone didn't even look at me ,she hang up the phone see me at the counter still nothing, by the way am a black woman

I had my worst haircut experience in this salon. The hairstylist ruined my hair and didn't follow the instructions I told her to do. I even showed her a picture just to have a visual on what I really want. It was a disaster and for me a traumatic experience. Another hairstylist may have done something to remedy the situation but still, I didn't like how my hair turned out. I will never go back to this salon.

Picked a specific hairdresser to do my hair according to site. Got there and ended up with someone else for some reason. Hair was cut to what she thought was acceptable and not to what I wanted. Hair was cut shorter then i wanted.

If I could I would leave 0 stars as I have been there many times and this is the final time as my hair was butchered I went in and showed the picture of the haircut I have gotten many times before and I also stated I didn't want the back shortened to much and wjat did thet do cut all my length off the back now I have lost the mullet length that took a year to grow and got nothing like the picture, this is the worst haircut I've ever had

The old guy bald doesn’t know how to talk with their customers, he is very brutal and doesn’t feel shy to abuse their customer, I know i was late for the hair cut he told me that if u will be late next time u will be charged double 😂, and he said if u doesn’t like it then don’t come, if there will be zero star i’ll give to the owner but the barber is nice guy.

Okay here's my thing, yes they're good, but conditionally. They're good when you want something that has a name; a trim, a shag, a mullet, anything that has a name that's defined as a "style" in the hair space, but that's all. I've gone here twice, once for a cut with a name and once for a cut without. The latter is the one that didn't work out. When I came in with a request for a specific style and voiced my hair goals/concerns, they went to TOWN, and gave me exactly the haircut I wanted and needed to get where I was trying to go. The second time on the other hand, I came in with style *requests* not a specific style. It did not work out. I was pointing out the specific aspects of my hair that I like and comparing it to other cuts and a hairdresser took that personally apparently because she started going on about how my hair doesn't look like that specific cut and if they give me what I'm asking for I'm not going to get that specific cut, and I know, I was just comparing the thing it had in common to try and express what parts of my hair I wanted to keep, but no. They needed a name. They needed a name of a style so they could have a specific guide of what to do. Yes, they did a good job, but they did a good job with what I wasn't asking for. If you only ever get trims or a specific style, they'll probably do your hair great. But if you're trying to have some creative freedom with your hair, and trying to do something that can't fit into a box, find somewhere else.

Went on a Sunday, which was very busy (walk-in only), but every stylist was working hard and from what I could see their clients were very happy. I was definitely one of them!

After moving to the Soo recently I desperately to get a cut. I walked into Hollywood, was greeted by Cathy. I showed a picture to her so she'd have an idea as to what I wanted. She told me she had 20yrs experience, definitely could cut my hair in the style I wanted and with no hesitation and she could take me right now. What I got was a fantastic hair cut. Well done Cathy. You now have a new customer!

Wanted to go red to blonde ,I was aware it wasn’t going to be blonde the first time which is fine considering my hair was coloured a couple times red but what I wasn’t happy about was they used the wrong volume in my hair when bleaching n toning that they burned my head! Normally with bleach it burns a bit because it’s a harsh Chemical but my head was so badly burn that I had to put Polysporin on my head for a week because of how bad the damage was! Normally I never write reviews but I don’t want anyone else to have the same experience that I had. Also lost some of my hair line because of the burn!
