The salon is not male friendly. I've tried multiple times to book an appointment to have my eyebrows waxed but over and over I'm told that the stylist doesn't service men. I'm not asking for a bikini wax, I'm not asking for my back door to get waxed. Just my eyebrows. I don't understand why it's so difficult for this salon to perform a very basic service for a male client but clearly it's not the salon for me.

Jenny was my stylist who doesn’t specialize in color but took me anyway saying she knew what she was doing but clearly didn’t. I payed 250$ for the complete opposite of what I wanted, spent three hours there when it should’ve only took a hour and a half tops. She fried my hair off because she didn’t know what she was doing so therefore had to chop it all off past my shoulders to save herself when I had medium length hair. Took off 4 inches and didn’t even get me to the color I wanted which wasn’t hard to do if she knew what she was doing. I do not recommend going here unless you want to look like you got attacked by a razor blade and come out looking like a porcupine. If I could give zero stars I would. I want my money back.

Convenient location with good haircuts. You can usually get in within 10-15 mins. You can book appointments with a specific stylist but I find it doesn’t matter as they are all good.

I went to get acrylics done and the employee who did them was really rude. He filed my nails to the point there were little cuts and it was bleeding. Then proceeded to put what i qssumed was nail polish remover on it. It hurt so bad i haven't got my nails done since

I saw Chantal today and had the best experience 😁😁 she made me feel right at home, was incredibly kind, and my scalp feels perfectly clean. Next time I’m in Sault St Marie I will definitely be back!!

Rebecca is a star! Since she’s been my hair stylist (2+ years), never have I been so happy with my hair. I am so fortunate to have had her do my hair for my wedding day. She was able to interpret exactly what I wanted, and my hair looked incredible all day! I also want to send a shout out to Jenny, who styled my mom’s hair on my special day. My mother looked absolutely beautiful and she was so happy.

Would not cut it how I wanted it. Wanted a wash and go. Now it is still heavy on top gave me bangs and wings at the sides could fly with. Not happy at all. Frustrated me when she would not listen

Worst experience ever. Don’t ever get your hairs done from a woman there if you are a guy. They don’t know how to cut hairs.
