After sustaining a lower back injury, my misfortune turned to good fortune when Lena became my massage therapist. She exemplifies professionalism and compassion. Her deep understanding of the body's core and central nervous systems was evident throughout my 2-hour session. When I arrived, my pain level was an eight out of ten. I could barely stand up straight. After my session, my pain level was SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED, and I was able to walk upright. Lena also texted me today to see how I was feeling. She's the best.

Her Craniosacral therapy is top notch!!! I left feeling super relaxed with my spine completely loosened up and with increased mobility. She's extremely intelligent and determined to arrive at the root of the problem.

Lena is an incredible holistic massage therapist! I work as a contractor in the garage door industry. Constantly using my shoulders and upper to lower back muscles to move and adjust heavy weight. Lena requested what areas I needed the most work and why She went immediately to work and intuitive to knotted areas and also to what and why those areas needed work. She filled me in on some things about my body I didn’t know and how to readjust and take of the issue in the future Thank you Lena!

Lena is exceptionally knowledgeable about the human body, mechanics and systems. She pinpoints exactly what is causing any aches or pains. At the same time, Lena has a gentle, but powerful touch to help ease the aches away with her smooth and nurturing movements. Her massage technique is spot on for healing, as well as over all musculature. Not only is she an exceptional massage therapist, but she also is a remarkable person. She will never treat you as 'just another client'. She has the gift of being personable and professional, showing she's able to laugh with you and relieve your mental stress as well as professionally knead your muscles and alleviate stress in an entirely different way. Since coming here, I have been introduced to Craniosacral therapy's effectiveness and found the technique works amazingly! Coming to this clinic has helped shape my life. Lena is an AMAZING massage therapist! She understands the body deeply, in a way unlike any massage I’ve had before. She was able to tell me where and why I had tension and weakness, and in addition to giving me a fantastic massage and cupping, she educated me on habits I can have in my life to mitigate the damage I was doing to my body. She truly does see things holistically and stresses upon her clients the mind/body/soul connection. She’s strong, thorough, kind, skilled, perceptive, and she truly cares. Once we even did a wellness body scan with electrodes that singled out problems I was having with certain body systems.
