A truly healing and blissful experience! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a holistic tune up, Hailey is a professional and gifted massage practitioner who brings together a unique palette of techniques and modalities to deliver a powerful, high frequency, whole being upgrade. I appreciated her use of music, sound, aromatherapy oils, hot towels, crystals on chakra points, intuitive touch, appropriate pressure and deeply felt cranial sacral work as part of her typical holistic massage (these were not add-ons!) Her space is comforting and well tuned for healing, I felt very safe with her and she was attentive and receptive to my needs. She’s a joyful being and a joy to work with. Thank you so much Hailey !! You are a true gem in East Nashville. I’m so grateful I found you.

Hailey Howard is hands down one of the most talented massage therapists I’ve ever been to. I have gotten many, many massages over the span of my life in different states and countries and Hailey is the most incredible. She has created such a relaxing environment in her tranquil oasis in East Nashville. You feel right at home the second you walk through the door. Her technique and blend of western and eastern practices while tailoring each session to your own unique body is remarkable and I can’t say enough good things about her and her practice. 10 out of 10 stars!

I play drums 40 hours a week on top of having a long list of previous injuries I never dealt with. Hailey has been an integral part in healing my past injuries and keeping my body in the best shape to perform everyday, She genuinely cares about her clients and is always looking for new ways to heal and improve their body! 10/10 I’d go everyday!

Best massage and ambiance ever! Hailey cultivates the most healing environment from the moment you walk in the door. The tea room is so nice to start out in and she really listens to every request. Cupping helped for weeks after and I can’t wait to go back!

Hailey is the best massage therapist I have experienced in Nashville! Every movement is intentional and her healing energy is contagious. I often struggle with neck/shoulder pain but after a massage with Hailey I am pain free for many days. If you want to feel special, heard and healed go see Hailey!
