I was looking for a place that takes care of me and my nails. HnH is now my place. My nails are done very professionally, in that the application of the acrylic is very even and follows the contour of my nails. And, most importantly I don’t have to get home to file off sharps edges/hooks on my nails. All other places tend to add too much product, don’t push my cuticles back, and do not pay attention to detail. Jess continues to do a fabulous job. She’s very professional and the environment is very calm and inviting.

Jess was absolutely fantastic. This was my first time going after not having my nails done for a while. My experience was phenomenal. I had no idea what I wanted design wise, but she popped off. The salon was clean and non cluttered. (one of the issues that made me stop going to where I used to go-felt dirty) After previous experiences, and then going here to Jess, I could not be more pleased. I already booked my next appointment with her!

Jess did an absolutely wonderful job on my pedicure. She listened to my concerns & health issues & completely accommodated my needs. Very reasonable prices. Only thing I didn’t like was the pedicure chair/bowl setup, & only because it was difficult for me use because of my short stature & health issues. 🤩👍🏻💅🏼

Absolutely loved the experience, Jess did me and my sisters nails for prom, and they turned out perfect. She was super nice, worked quickly but well, and the price was reasonable. Definitely will be coming back in the future!

Like most nail salons I’ve been to in Dover this one is no different from the rest, I won’t say it’s the worst because the customer service was decent but the time that she took just to do a manicure and pedicure was too long, damn near 3 hours On top of that both my sister and my girls nails started to chip and come off within the first 2-3 days. Also my sister cuticles weren’t even cleaned and her nails weren’t glossed or clipped, the work was very mid & in all honesty they we better off doing it themselves at home.🤷🏾‍♂️

Waste of money and time it’s only one person who works in there and she totally rushed through my nails and didn’t do them properly at all two popped off not even 24hrs later.

I absolutely LOVE HNH!! Jess has always taken care of me and made me feel so welcome. She’s so professional and friendly. I feel like I’m visiting my best friend when I come in. I’ve been to many other salons and they have nothing on this one! Pics to show some of Jess’s amazing work ❤️❤️

I don’t usually get my nails done at all I’m such a tomboy! Desiree did them exactly how I wanted them and made them cuter than what I was asking for. I will definitely be going back to get mine done again😊

I have been to many other salons in Dover and I have not liked any of them. All I ever want done is just regular gel painted nails and alot of the salons around here look down their noses at that and I always end up with a bad nail job... on top of it, the prices everywhere else are outrageous especially for such poor quality work. (I'm not good at painting nails at all and I can do a much better job) I had given up on going to get my nails done but one day I saw this salon and decided to try it... And I'm in love, I keep going back and I will forever keep going back to them. Jess has been amazing and always does such a great job. She is so sweet and kind and very professional. The absolute best place I have ever been to. Plus, their prices are very reasonable and not bad at all.

My experience @hnhnails is nothing to brag about, I’m new to the area so I’ve been to 4 other salons so far in the past 6 months, just trying out all of them to find where I prefer, based on friendliness, cleanliness, professionalism, skills and price! So with that being said I would recommend clients to choose another nail salon in Dover! Any other salon would be your best bet, There are plenty of nicer, cleaner salons with convenient locations, better parking, and overall a better atmosphere. I will not be going back, I had 4 nails pop off within 3 days -and this had never happened before! Waste of money and time! Totally disappointing! the shop was empty ( on the plus side, you can get service right away)

I was going here for almost a year. I really enjoyed the service at first , communication was good, work was really good. I found our last several interactions to be off. Bad communication, not knowing how to talk to another adult, leaving me hanging one day when I had an appointment. However when I was late , the way it was gone about I found very unprofessional and I was very offended over it for the simple fact I thought as a tech to client relationship I thought it was better. However I guess not. Like I said the work I received was good. But I will no longer go to a business I do not feel welcomed at !

If you want someone who is patient and down-to-earth, you need to come here. Desirée always takes her time to make sure your nails come out the way you want them to. I always leave her salon feeling refreshed, not just because of a new set, but because of who she is. I’m so glad I found HnH!!!

First...let me say the salon is IMMACULATE! In these trying COVID-19 times..the owner made me feel extremely SAFE. I wasn't sure of what I wanted but I was open and the owner made suggestions that let me know my satisfaction was her TOP PRIORITY. Customer service is BIG for me. She checked every box! I'VE FOUND MY NEW NAIL HOME! I'm just mad that it took me so long to find her! A 45 minute drive from my home and worth every mile. Visiting her salon was solely based on PICTURES of her work not by referral. I am over the moon with her work and attention to detail!!
