The salon itself is no-frills and budget-friendly, but don't let that fool you—the service is top-notch, and you’re getting great value for your money. Daniel gave me the perfect cut and color, exactly what I envisioned, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. I’ve been looking for a place to do Japanese hair straightening for a while and I’m glad I found this place. It was much faster than other places I’ve been too (2 ppl helping blow dry and straighten) and everyone was so nice. Will definitely be back in 4-6 months!

I’m sooooo happy with my hair!! I got the Japanese hair straightening done here and it was 100% worth it. I had gone to another salon recently to get a “curly cut” (seen in first pic) and I just wasn’t sure about it…and finally decided that I was tired maintaining my curls and wanted something lower maintenance. I asked around and did research and am so glad I went to Hitto!! Not only did they make my hair gorgeously smooth and silky, but they were also honest with how the cut looked on me (terrible, lol) and fixed to be MUCH more smooth and less blocky. I’ll definitely be going back to them exclusively from now on. Thank you so much!!!

This is an excellent salon that really takes pride in their work. I highly recommend their Japanese Straightening Perms. One of the best in the area.

Got a loose curl perm with Bob. “Before” is in the last photo. Process takes 2 hours so plan accordingly. Definitely call ahead for an appointment. Absolutely will be returning in the future

Attached are my pictures after the cut and one day before the cut. Tldr: cheap, fast, but don't listen to instructions and just give u the same cut as everyone else. My usual barber is out of town so I decided to give this place a chance. Not a terrible cut but did not listen to my instructions at all, its fast and you get what u paid for. Before the stylist started i specifically stated i wanted two different lengths, short on the sides and back and long on top, also i wanted to keep the same style hair i had. The stylist failed to follow the instructions and just did her own thing and gave me a gradual fade and gave me her own style, even tho i told her multiple times during the cut, at the end she did try her best to fix it but it was already too late.

After a bad car accident, my once straight hair grew back mostly Grey & super frizzy. The men a Hitto have straightened my hair twice, and I simply adore my hair again. PS I drive 2½ hrs to get my services from Hitto! I love their salon! Loyal customer!

Had an appointment at 4pm today. No one seem to really care about the appointment times. Waited for 15 minutes without any follow up. After a follow up call, they reiterated the waiting time >15 minutes with an appointment. Not visiting again

I was able to get an appointment on the same day! They were running a little behind and based on other reviews it seems to be a common thing. The cut was fine. I just got simple curtain bang and trim. My hair feels great though. They didn't even put in that much product and it feels lighter and silkier. The stylist was a bit rough on my head when shampooing and drying though. Not a place to go to to get pampered, but nice haircut and hair feels great.

I was referred to this place by a friend from school, I arrived and almost instantly got service as it was not very crowded. I get my hair washed and everything is going well, I then show the barber a picture of the hair cut I wanted (not sure of his name, and there was also a massive language barrier). I explained I want to keep the same shape and everything just shorten it maybe an inch of the sides as well as the back, and an inch maybe 2 depending on how an inch looked( I do have long hair for a guy but it is curly so it does not seem that long). I noticed immediately the barber was very quick and clumsy but I didn’t think much of it. Then the first this he does is pretty much take a comb and section off my right side of the head and buzzes it to half an inch, I could not say anything because I thought he was going to take the comb closer to the top of the hair, but nope. By this point the damage was done so I tried to explain my frustration, and now had to let him finish. So now my hair is buzzed to about half an inch on the back and sides with only hair on top which is probably around 7-9 inches long(in conclusion it looks stupid). Then he rushes and is scrambling to get my hair done and cuts one side is now longer then the other. I dont know who cut my hair, they were wearing a mask and had a big gut, but whoever it was did a terrible job and pretended to listen, rather than ask the other barber in the room that could fluently speak english. Will not ever recommend, especially if for people with curly hair.

Went to get my hair washed and styled for my baby shower event. Not only did they charge me the amount for washing, CUTTINh and styling ( when no cutting was involved) , they simply straightened my hair and called it ‘styling’. I showed them a picture of how I wanted my hair to look like, and the guy still managed to do a terrible job. There was no styling whatsoever, just straightening without using any serum. My hair got extremely frizzy in less than an hour. Absolute waste of time and money.
