Hibiscus Spa is AMAZING! Had a facial with Michelle today which happened to be my first time ever in a spa! She was fantastic, explaining everything she was doing during the facial and putting me at ease. She is also so incredibly friendly! I highly recommend Michelle and the Hibiscus Spa the next time you are in Clearwater Beach!

We had such a great experience at the spa. Both my daughter and I had nail services. Our technician was very talented and even spent extra time hand drawing my daughter’s special request! An amazing experience with kind and caring individuals. Thanks for making our day great!

Great experience overall. Staff was friendly at check-in and the spa lounge and locker room were nice and clean. My massage therapist was Jose and he was very kind and I felt so relaxed afterwards. Wish I wasn’t just here for a staycation or I’d be coming regularly. Have only ever had one other massage therapist prior that was a man and this was definitely a much better experience!

Had a fantastic deep tissue massage from Michelle!! The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, and my therapist was fantastic. She really listened to what I needed! Highly recommend!!

I just spend the weekend at the Hilton Clearwater Resort for a special event and booked 3 massages at the Hibiscus Spa located at the Hilton. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end with stellar service and a serene spa environment. Jose, Viviana, and Bridget were are massage therapist and each of us thought they went above and beyond in providing a relaxing and therapeutic massage experience. Thank you again for helping to make our celebration weekend special!

Service was great. Location was awesome. For $600/night after taxes you would think all the doors and drawers in your room should function properly. The mini fridge was missing shelves and door parts. Accessories were missing in our bathroom, where they simply painted over the accessory base plate. The shower door was out of level and kept sliding. The problem with that is their were no rubber stops to stop the glass from hitting the tile. We had to use extra towels to stop it from sliding in the middle of the night.

DAVID you're amazing. I love spas for all kinds of treatments, but if you find yourself in Clearwater Beach, you must get a massage from David at Hibiscus Spa at the Hilton. I'm pretty sure this was my 4th massage from David, but this time he proved the real customer service. I will visit him yearly for as long as I can. The spa is lovely and everyone is welcoming.

I had my shellac done a week ago. The front desk lady was very rude rushing the nail technician close to closing time.well then they should have said they don't have time for me and my daughters nails. Now a week later it peels of like a cheap pedicure and manicure. We've been sick getting back Monday night. So no water on our hands. Very bad service.

I was visiting Clearwater Beach and decided last minute to get a spa pedicure. Ashley was my nail tech. She provided me with the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Great massage, attention to detail and pleasant customer service. It was a relaxing and clean atmosphere. I’m hoping to make it back again!

My niece and I visited the spa while staying at the hotel. We were able to schedule a massage for both of us on the same day. David was a amazing and professional. My niece had Monica for her massage and felt calm and relaxed! Wonderful experience overall!

My wife and I visited the spa for a couples massage on October 24. Out initial impression of the facility was great…..very nice amenities. However our 80 minute couples massage experience was far from meeting expectations. While my experience was good, hers was far from that. Her masseuse left the services 3 separate occasions for 4-5 minutes each time because she was coughing. Not relaxing at all and interrupting our service that we were paying $500 for. Not to mention that her phone rang twice during the services as well. After the 3rd time of the masseuse leaving the room, my wife dismissed herself from the room because of the interruptions and did not even get to finish her massage. She got a 40 minute very un-relaxing service at a premium price. I am not knocking the fact the masseuse was not feeling well with allergies or sometime. Perfectly understandable to say “hey very sorry I wasn’t able to give you the service you deserved. But no that was not expressed. In fact we were charged full price minus a 10% discount for the “inconvenience” for an overall horrible experience. As a business owner in the service industry myself this is not acceptable. You make the situation right. You don’t charge someone for an experience like that. Poor customer service!

We went to the hibiscus spa and we took the couple's spa. We were greeted by the receptionist and we were taken to our mens and women's room respectively to change our clothes. We then were taken to the couple's spa room where we were greeted by Lacey and Amber. They performed it very well and we were relaxed by it. The massage was done professionally and we felt relaxed and calm. We loved the service and professionalism. Amazing spa with all the facilities and amazing service.

I had, by far, the BEST massage of my life by Michelle at the hibiscus spa in the Hilton on Clearwater beach. I got an 80 minute massage and Michelle was amazing leaving me feeling relaxed, stress free and my muscles totally released of tension. She put the right pressure where I needed it and was very kind making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I will be back to see Michelle! Thank you!

My wife had a Mani Pedi set up while there for business over the weekend. We had a Birthday party to tend to that same evening. She was told she could shower and go to the beach and was quite displeased with the service while she was there. Then when she showered for the dinner multiple nail polishes came off of her finger so she had to go to the dinner with missing nail polish. The business wanted her to come back in so they could redo the nails but since we had prior obligations we requested that they refund us the money for the service. They said they would refund if 90 dollars of the 125 dollar service. I was not pleased with this considering the poor service they did but accepted it as to not make a big deal of it. So while we were at the beach watching the boat races that we were there for the manager called. She proceeded to tell us that she was not refunding the 90 dollars and that she was only refunding 25 dollars. She then proceeded to get rude with us and told us that she didn't care about what happened with her nails after she left. Completely unprofessional and horrible service I would steer clear from spending extra money for the hotel spa service because you WILL get better service at your local nail salon.

This resort is absolutely beautiful right off the beach amazing view amazing fresh air people were amazing the pool was absolutely to die for it is a saltwater pool at night everything is lit up so beautifully there’s so many things to do so many things to say
