Regrettably, my experience at Hillcrest Massage Therapy fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, the therapist entered the room prematurely while I was not yet prepared, causing discomfort. Throughout the session, there were multiple interruptions as the therapist left the room intermittently. Despite requesting firmer pressure on two occasions, it was inconsistently applied, oscillating between light and firm. Moreover, the pace of the massage felt rushed, and I noted a shortfall in the allotted time by approximately four minutes. Furthermore, during the checkout process, I was surprised by an additional charge of 5% for card transactions, which was not disclosed beforehand. Additionally, the inquiry about the tip amount upon departure felt inappropriate, especially considering the quality of service rendered. Overall, while I appreciate the establishment's efforts, I believe there is room for improvement in ensuring a more seamless and client-focused experience. I will NOT be going back.

I tipped $20 and told the ladies to split it between the two of them (since my boyfriend and I had each gotten massages) despite her not going easy when I asked her to multiple times and my boyfriend got shorted 10 minutes. They then had the balls to ask for MORE tip "You owe us 20 each." Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I went there for a foot massage and she coughed on my foot 2 times. And when it was time to place hot towels she took the towel out the hot towel warmer and slapped it directly on my leg causing my leg to burn. Everyone knows you supposed to shake the towel fresh out of warmer to cool it down. Then she was rubbing my feet with eucerin lotion with sunscreen in it, not massage lotion so the fiction was uncomfortable and I couldn’t enjoy the massage. Then when it was time to check out she demanded a tip and I told her no because you burned my leg. she cursed at me and still demanded I tip her.

This has been by far the best massage I ever had, however during the payment process I felt violated, I paid 100 dollars for a massage (60 for an hour and 40 for 30 minutes feet massage), while paying I tipped 10 dollars, the massage woman got indignated and said "what? 10 dollars? No, that's not enough", I replied: Excuse me? A tip is OPTIONAL, otherwise this is a undisclosed charge and that's illegal because you are advertising "60 minutes for 60 dollars", anyways, they held my card hostage, the owner came out and said: "100 for the store, 20 for her", I said, You gotta pay her, she said: "No, you pay her and 90 minutes for 10 dollars is cheap" But in another hand, if you are willing to tip what they tell you to "tip" then go for it, good massage. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES

Best massage you can get in the entire area! A very clean establishment with a professional owner with a great personality! I recommend the 60 minute full body massage it’s totally worth the $60 and if you get the owner Amy she is the best! She has great attention to detail and knows when to concentrate on a sore muscle when she locates it or if it’s pointed out to her. In recent visits she has been walking on my back, legs a s calf’s and wow is that a great touch with the extra pressure she adds to it. Been to other places in the area but not one is better than this one!

I wasn’t impressed. The massage skills were lacking severely. I have had plenty of massages and this wasn’t the worst but def not the best. I am visiting from out of town and had muscle pain and tension due to my job as an emt and didn’t leave feeling any better than when I walked in. The “masseuse” completely ignored my lower back which is a problem area due to my daily lifting. You should be covered with a BLANKET OR SHEET not a towel. There was no use of professional massage oil, instead Aveeno “body yogurt” was used... also when a proper massage is done a consultation should be done to target problem areas, I wasn’t even asked! And massages should start face down include all areas and extremities and then you should be on your back to access shoulders and neck as well as extremities...I won’t be returning unless there is an experienced , licensed massage therapist on staff. English speaking employees would probably help so I could have accurately relayed my needs.

Today is my birthday and I arrived excited to get a massage and she told me “busy” so I said okay book for later? She said “no” 😳 very disturbed, not welcoming, bad experience, I hope it was just the language barrier maybe? But the tone was fairly rude, very disappointing 😪
