Great barber shop. I've been here every month for the last 2 years. The shop is very clean and has a very nice aroma when you walk in. Comfortable waiting seats. But..I almost always never have to wait.

if I make an appointment and you're going to tell me that you're going to help me at a certain hour and I get there early and when I get there you tell me that I have to wait an hour and a half later for you to help me that's not great customer service because I have to make time to come to your shop so I can get a haircut and then you have an attitude about it also at that point it didn't matter who cut my hair so the lady that was helping me said that I have to wait for a guy named Carlos which is the same guy that gave me the attitude and bad customer because she couldn't do the style I wanted so I left I got frustrated I was very disappointed

I came here for highlights on my black hair but left looking like Carrot Top. Rico totally ruined my hair. All I wanted was highlights but Rico insisted he could get me Marilyn Monroe blonde in one step. Little did I know that's impossible to do on hair dyed black. He put my hair with bleach in foils, then under the heat hat I went. After being under the heat hat for over 30 minutes he rinsed my hair in the sink and even to his own horror my hair broke off in the sink. He tried putting conditioner & other products on it to keep it from breaking off and looking like cotton candy but nothing could repair what Rico did to my healthy hair. Avoid this man named Rico, avoid this beauty shop all together. Rico told me my hair would look better once it dried but my hair never dried. It stood gummy & felt spongy for 2 whole days until I went to another beauty shop and cut it all off. I went from having shoulder length hair to a buzzed pixie cut. I've had to wear wigs to special occasion events. I wish I could give this place no stars at all & Rico is probably working without a license! AVOID LETTING RICO TOUCH YOUR HAIR IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM! UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND BEING BALD HEADED!

It's cheap and quick :P depending who cuts ur hair, sometimes they aren't there unless u make an appointment. And I've seen people walk in and wait even when they have an appointment. I still cut my hair here cuz it's close by and cheap, I'm a guy with short whatever hair so probably not the best to review this place.

If you do go to this place ask for Nacho he did my hair and OMG!! I love it. I sure will be returning back :) of course to nacho.
