This place is amazing. I now understand the difference between a cookie cutter, 60 minute massage you can get anywhere and a skilled masseuse, one that understands how muscles flex and stretch and how to relax them properly. I asked her to go as hard as she could because my back was really bad, and rather than wake up with a sore/bruised back like I’ve experienced after massages before, I woke up completely relaxed and without a tight back for the first time in a long time. Sarah is an absolute expert at her craft. This place may slightly be pricier than others, but you get what you pay for. Thank you again, Sarah!

Matthew gave me an incredible massage. He found some tight knots and patiently worked them out. This is a relaxing, comfortable, and professional environment. I’m a senior (basically old) flight attendant and this body has some aches and pains. He really helped me feel better.

I was able to get a same day appointment accommodated. Had a massage with Grace, she was great. The ambiance was relaxing, professional and healing. If I lived here, this would be my go-to spot. Highly recommend.

Booked a couples massage that ended with little chocolates and a martini. Both masseuses did wonderful. Warm tables, hot towels, relaxing environment. Some areas got massaged harder than others but if you asked them to lesser pressure or have more they listened. Just communicate what you want. They do listen. Weird back road that made the surprise even better for my secret booking made by my wife, but really the location is great. Would come again. I'm not sure if it's more expensive than other locations.

Mediocre massage at best. Went in for a couples massage and we enjoyed the experience. Warmed table, hot towel for your neck, and nice aromatherapy. My boyfriend was thrilled with his massage, said it was one of the best he’s ever had! Me on the other hand, was not a fan. Inconsistent pressure, no rhythm, fast movements, felt like she was rubbing lotion on me for half of it. We discussed back, neck, and hips for my areas of concern and then she massaged my legs, which was nice, but I agreed to spend the hour on my problem areas. I had specifically asked if she could work around my scapulas and into the muscles surrounding them, but was ignored. This massage was okay, but I will be transparent that it didn’t help me at all.

This was hands down the best massage both my wife and I have ever gotten. The only regret was that we didn’t do the 90 minute session but we will do that next time. GRACE was amazing. Super nice and so great at what she does. We live 30 minutes away but will not go anywhere else for a massage after how great it was today!

I came here a couple months ago, and the guy that massaged me did an amazing job, I first had a couples one, and the other person wasn’t able to come and they were understanding and were able to reimburse me, thank you! The guy was very professional and asked about the pressure and where I felt like I needed work done and what I did for a living to get on the right spots!

I am in town from Toronto for a conference, actually, I've just been to a 4 day conf in Denver and now here, so needless to say I have travel neck, conference fatigue, stiff everything, SO on a whim (can't remember where I saw a review) but I booked a 60 min deep tissue, and arrived to find Bryce as my massage therapist. I get massages all the time, at home, while traveling, basically whenever I can squeeze one in and honestly this was one of the best massages I've ever had. Its always good to try new therapists, but this literally squished out all my neck and shoulder kinks, worked out my sore muscles from a hike this morning. I just can't say enough about Bryce and Hibiscus Springs. 1 billion percent would return again. Actively trying to fabricate more travel to SLC to come back ;-)

I am writing this review with talk to text, because I am still too relaxed and relieved to type. I have had dozens of massages over a decade and none could get the horrible knots out of my back that had been plaguing me from intense trauma. Grace at Hibiscus Springs may have just, quite literally, saved my life. If you are looking for massage, this is the best place to go, hands down. And if you go, tip her well, you are lucky to receive the help of her miraculous body work. Thank you, Grace and Hibiscuc Springs, for giving me my health back.

I cannot say enough great things about this spa. Grace is absolutely amazing, very kind, and has helped me so much! I have had many massages in the past and all of them have hurt me due to my chronic pain until I started going to Grace and now I have never felt more relaxed. I look forward to many more visits!

Received a massage on Thursday, there was a miscommunication and I thought I was receiving a deep tissue massage with deep pressure. I ended up with a regular massage with light pressure. Ended up calling and they were so sweet about and rescheduled me for today. The massage was amazing! Exactly what I asked for. I’ve had bad neck and back for a while and there’s a huge difference after the massage! Highly recommend!

The website painted a totally different picture than what we received. We booked a couples massage and at best, they were subpar. Definitely not $195 worth. I booked for a 7:45 am appointment, they started calling and texting me at 9:00 pm the night before asking if we could move our appointment to 10:45. We were unable and they seemed annoyed at that. During the massages, the therapists were really noisy, the head rest fell during my husband’s massage, the music was way too loud and they kept spraying air freshener that was overpowering. They were extremely pushy about a tip, didn’t give us an option to not leave a tip and made us pay a 30% tip, on top of the $195 price. Absolutely outrageous. Won’t be returning and don’t recommend booking.

Took my husband there for our anniversary and absolutely loved it! It is a very clean, nice and professional place. Staff was very nice. My husband said it was the best massage he has ever had! Loved the drinks and chocolate after. We will definitely be back😊

Grace is really great! I normally cannot handle more than light pressure but my massage with Grace was wonderful and I left feeling relaxed and way less sore from my workouts. It was also really easy to book an appointment and I got in next day. Convenient location to find, parking is convenient too, and the spa itself was clean, welcoming, and relaxing. I'll definitely be back.

This was my first spa experience, and I genuinely have never felt so relaxed in a long time. The second that my partner and I walked through the doors we were greeted by Grace, one of the lovely therapists who welcomed us with cold waters and a friendly smile. The atmosphere was relaxing and cozy. Our therapists were Brice and Grace, and they made us feel very comfortable, allowed us to choose what we kept on, (which I’m sure is standard but is much appreciated) and then started working on what areas we asked them to focus on. Grace was my therapist, and she is truly a godsend. She took such good care of me to the point I nearly fell asleep. She maintained the deep tissue pressure throughout the whole massage. We were given chocolates and sparkling cider to finish off the lovely experience, and I cannot stress how sweet those two were. Definitely will return again.
