I've been blown away by this studio. There are a lot of options for this type of service in Nashville, but Hi Finch is amazing. Their offices are welcoming and inviting and the staff is amazing. Not only are they welcoming, they really take the time to understand your goals and made me feel heard and understood. I can't say enough good things about this place! EDIT - I've now been going to Hi, Finch for years and it's probably the most consistent thing in my life. Kayli is so knowledgeable about the latest treatments and guides me through each option to make sure I'm getting the outcomes I'm expecting. I can't recommend the BBL treatment enough - it has truly transformed my skin to be clear and consistent after years of acne. That treatment paired with the custom skincare regimen outlined by Kayli and I've gotten my confidence back. For me there's no other option, Hi Finch is it.

Kayli and team are seriously the best. I have gone to multiple medical spas across Nashville and have never felt so comfortable. They are so personable and welcoming any visit. It doesn’t feel stuffy or uncomfortable. You will instantly feel at home and apart of the crew. I have recommended a handful of friends and they all have claimed Hi, Finch as their own and feel the exact same way. I would trust them with any procedure as they truly want you to look and feel your best. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Their Glow Getter Pads, sunscreen, and Baby Face moisturizer are the Holy Grail of skincare. I always have them on hand. My skin has transformed thanks to them! Now, go book an appointment and visit your new skincare besties!

My experience at Hi Finch has been amazing! The entire team is wonderful and makes you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. I see Kasey for Botox and she is great! I’ve been to several places in Nashville for Botox, and honestly, none of them come close to the experience I had at Hi Finch. At other places, I often felt like just another “in-and-out” patient with a one-size-fits-all treatment plan—too frozen, not heard, and dealing with unfriendly office staff. Hi Finch was completely different. From the moment I walked in, Keri at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily the best I’ve ever encountered! Kayli, my injector, was amazing. She spent so much time assessing my facial structure to create a treatment plan that felt personalized and natural. She also went in-depth on my medical history and skin concerns, giving me a level of care and attention I’ve never experienced anywhere else. I also purchased some of their in-house skincare products, and let me tell you—they’ve already started transforming my acne-prone and sensitive skin! It’s been a game-changer for me. If you’re looking for a place that makes you feel heard, cared for, and like your best self, Hi Finch is the place to go. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Absolutely LOVE this place. New to both chemical peels and Botox so I came in with a lot of questions and felt fully informed before deciding what treatments I wanted. The chemical peels have been a game changer for my face, and really the boost my skin has needed. Highly recommend Kasey at Hi, Finch although I’m certain everyone is just as fantastic. Hi Finch has been such a great find for me! I’ve always been interested in hair removal but didn’t know much about BBL treatments or where to go for hair removal. I looked at options in Nashville and decided I wanted to try a local business rather than a large chain and I’m so glad I did. Kasey has been my treatment provider and I’ve completed 5 of my 6 sessions for underarm hair removal and I’m so thrilled with the results! The process has been so quick and painless, and honestly much more financially viable than I expected. Kasey is knowledgeable and so great at what she does! The whole team here is incredible! I came in for a unit of lip filler and a skin consult. I have some scar tissue in my upper lip from a childhood surgery and I was nervous about how that would affect the filler placement. They really took their time and made the whole process worry free. Kasey did such an incredible job and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I had a great experience at Hi, Finch. Their office is easy to access with plenty of parking. The setting is beautiful! Everything feels very clean and professional (plus their office greeter, Sunny the lab, is precious). Kayli was very kind and knowledgeable! She provided great recommendations for products and procedures without being pushy. I'm excited to go back.
