Put simply, Chuck is the best barber I have ever been to...by a wide margin. His skill, care, and pride he puts into every haircut is unbelievable. Besides just giving the best haircut you'll ever have, he has deep knowledge about hair, essentially providing customized haircuts based on each individual's natural characteristics. Been coming here for nearly 6 years and it's easily the best cut around. Dylan does a fantastic job, listens to what I want, and makes suggestions to make things even better. Chuck and Dylan are A-Team hairstylists. They are confident, experienced, understanding, and best of all, super friendly. They listen intently to you and check up throughout the process to make sure you get what you're after. Also, the vintage vibe of the whole space itself is very, very cool and worth the visit in itself.

Dylan Thomas is a phenomenal barber! With everything that has been going on with COVID-19 I was hesitant to want to get my haircut again, but Dylan completely put my mind at ease. In late May I desperately needed a haircut and I reached out to Dylan and explained my hesitation. He told me that he wears a full face respirator, face shield, has a new cape for every customer and also new barber clips as well and even offered HOME HAIRCUTS! I opted to have him come to my house and let me tell you, extremely impressed. He opened everything from fresh packaging right in front of me and I could not have been more pleased with how my hair turned out. Having made another appointment for a few weeks from now Dylan told me his shop in Darien is currently open and following the same procedure. I am super happy to be telling my friends where the best place in town to get my haircut is at HERRCUTTERS Barbershop at 21 Tokeneke Road. Dylan was very meticulous shaping my unkempt (Covid) hair into something worthy of GQ. Well, the hair but maybe not the model. Awesome staff, great service and fun dude but not try hard dude decor. I’ll be going back for sure.

I have been going to Chuck for the past 3 years and he is a perfectionist and excellent at what he does. Chuck And Dylan are both genuine and passionate in their job. Chuck is a artist and an innovator when it comes to cutting hair. He will not let you leave unless you are satisfied.

I’ve tried numerous local spots but this is easily the best barber around and my new go-to. Chuck, the owner, does a fantastic job. Just make sure to call for an appointment- they are often booked up on weekends.

Great family run establishment. They pay great attention to detail and take their time. This is my go to place. Good prices. You really need to get your appointment ahead of time they usually book up quickly. They have a great online booking system that makes it super easy with text reminders of upcoming appointments.

Ricki is phenomenal. She always knows exactly what I want done and takes her time getting my hair just right every time. She asks questions as she’s cutting my hair to make sure everything is looking the way I want it and is incredibly friendly and fun to talk to. I would definitely recommend Ricki to everyone who wants a great cut. And really everyone there is fantastic and knows how to give a great cut. You can’t go wrong.

Shoutout to Dylan! Perfect haircut every time! Price is on the high side but it's well worth what you're paying for. I'd rather show off and enjoy a $45 haircut than hide and regret a $15 one.
