Update - through the stress of all we’ve been through in Tampa Bay with the past hurricane season, one thing I can count on is that Michelle and Robin keep the worry wrinkles and stress signs off my face! I added a lip flip to my quarterly regimen and couldn’t love the look more. We worked together to perfect all my “spots” that needed some renewed youth. Thanks ladies!!!! I look forward to my quarterly visits to Hermann! Robin, Michelle, the whole team…they’re welcoming, listen to what you’re trying to accomplish, discuss and walk you through options, make sure you’re comfortable with the process, and most importantly, that you’re happy with THE RESULTS! The team at Hermann keeps me looking fresh while providing a trusted and refreshing experience & environment - what more could you ask for?!

It's very easy to give a 5 start review that says nothing other than YAY! Well YAY is appropriate for Dr Hermann. However, I would like to describe why. I would drive by the St Pete location everyday on my way to and from work. I have seen the Botox sign and thought if my injector ever stopped I would go to Hermann. I'm guy so I would qualify for the special on tox since I need so much. Well, the lady that did my tox stopped practicing and the MD that did my lip filler retired! I got in my car and drove from Bellaire to Central Ave looking for that sign since I never took note of the name. There are a lot of other places around my house that offer the same services, so why would I drive 30 min? My first reason being the competitive pricing to what I was paying previously and I don't have to pay the beach tax. That is why I walked in the door. So why am I writing this glowing review and will be continuing to use them for aesthetics? Walking in there sets the tone because it's just appealing to the eye. It's a tasteful white with white floors. Normally, I would think that white is too sterile. The white makes this place look clean, smooth and classy. The inside of the building represents what you are looking for from their services; a clean place that will smooth out the wrinkles and make you look classy not trashy. Now to the staff! What nice and kind people. They were all personable and accommodating. I saw genuine happiness with the staff working there. I was there at 4:30 in the afternoon and everyone was warm and smiling after a long day of being warm and smiling. That indicates to me that it's not forced or fake, but natural. The Alli app did offer any discounts that day. However, when I was with the doctor, her associate found a coupon for $50 off for me. I didn't ask nor expect that. I thought that was really kind and customer focused. I can tell that behavior stems from great leadership. Dr. Hermann is just a genuine and nice person. It's hard to try someone new for your face. It's so intimate and personal. I'm sure anyone switching or thinking of starting can attest. This can be scary and anxiety ridden because you are not sure of the outcomes. Dr. Hermann was very soothing and honored my perspective. I told her that this is an intimate and fearful for me. She took the time to get to know each other so I was comfortable. I wasn't just a fill and go. That was comforting and respectful. Also, she is amazing and fierce. I think she is amazing because she did a thorough consult with me to see what I wanted for my filler and explained what could be done and what else she thinks would look natural and amazing. I brought in pics and video. I say fierce because she is a walking billboard. I was looking at her face and thought hot damn there are some goals! Thank goodness I was sitting down when she told me she had been in business for 20 years! All I could think was "did she complete her residency at 18 or something bc there's just no way". I want whatever is going on in that building to stay as vibrant, youthful, and natural looking as her. Onto the results. I have never been so please with my lips! This lady has the magic touch. She was able to mold them as much as she could for the look I was asking for. Granted I don't have the physical structure for Cupids Bow on my upper lip. Well I have a bow now. I am totally impressed with the results. She is definitely an artist.

I highly recommend Dr. Hermann for anyone looking for expert care in aesthetics, aging, and overall wellness. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations. Beyond her expertise, she is also incredibly kind, making every visit a comfortable and positive experience. Her staff is equally fantastic—warm, welcoming, and professional. From start to finish, the level of care and attention to detail is outstanding.

Love this place and have been going here for a few years for Botox! Dr. Hermann is very knowledgeable and I trust her and her staff. They’re always very friendly and understanding. They have great monthly promotions and a 2nd location in Midtown, Tampa. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Cece was incredible. Robin is my regular Botox person. I won’t go to anybody else. This is a fabulous, beautiful establishment and it reminds me of the places in Beverly Hills that I had my skin done. The difference is this is so affordable and so accessible come here you’ll love it.

Friendly and professional staff. They always make me feel comfortable during my visit. They have ice packs and numbing cream to help with any discomfort from Botox needles (the ice pack works the best!) and I’m always happy with the outcome. Thank you!

I love everything about this office! Dr. Hermann is an expert in her field, and explains every procedure to her patients in a relatable way. Then entire office staff is welcoming and friendly, both in person and on the phone. They make sure you feel comfortable, and I always leave feeling taken care of.
