UPDATE: Since my last post, I've had 3 more sessions, and all were outstanding, so once again, a rating of 5 stars. Thank you Keniece "I had my first acne treatment this month, and the healing continues. Keniece's overall knowledge and professionalism are outstanding. I will soon book my subsequent treatment. Although I am not one to make recommendations, if you are serious about taking care of your facial health, I highly recommend Her-Bal."

I’ve been using my recommended products for about a month or more now and I’ve had a facial. I cannot believe how much better my skin looks! I used to be a Sephora girl, but baby the way these products work better has me off! I didn’t think my skin could get better, but wow! Trust the process and trust Keniece! She’ll get you right!

My experience at HER-bal Whole Health & Beauty Spa has been absolutely amazing. My skin has made a complete transformation that I never knew was possible. I started going to Keniese in February of 2018. My hormonal and cystic acne was so unbearable and left me with hyperpigmentation scars that made me feel depressed and insecure. I was visiting Keniese on a regular basis receiving not only top quality services, but valuable knowledge and advice about my diet and lifestyle and importance of eliminating certain things out of it that were causing my acne. By December of 2019, my skin was completely clear with no trace of hyperpigmentation or scaring. I was finally at a point in my life that I no longer felt the need to wear makeup! I could never thank Keniese enough for everything she has done. I am forever grateful and will continue to be a client of hers. I can’t imagine achieving these results on my own or by going anywhere else. Thank you Keniese!! You are beautiful inside and out and I thank God for you! I have come to HERbal Spa many times to get service while in Nashville visiting family and friends & let me tell you I enjoy it every time it’s well worth it. The atmosphere is so soothing and welcoming. I have struggled with my skin for many years and I was at a road block until I found HERbal Spa. They are knowledgeable about products and at home care. They got me on an at home regimen and even gave me recommendations on a diet plan to improve my skin. That’s what I loved the most they get down to the root of my skin blues and coach me all the way through. I’ll just say this is my skin home away from home. They come highly recommended.

I sought to find an esthetician who would recommend natural ways to treat my skin. Through my journey with Keniece she helped me identify an allergy I didn’t know I had. The skin on my face is much more healthier, brighter, and not red and inflamed like before. I recommend Her-bal hands down!
