I had my make up done by Marq for my photoshoot ! It was great and stayed on for 24h. The service was exceptional. The only place in Charlotte that did my cat eye lash lift. Marq and Rochelle did a great job with the cat eye life !!!

After a week of cluster installations and a wild weekend in Vegas, I am still intact. Marq and professionals are always on point technically and personally, too. Never have I felt like a stranger but welcomed. I've been in the customer service industry for 17 years, and they cross all the Ts and dot every I to meet expectations. Thank you for always making me feel great!

I have no complaints on the product or service for the most part. But, professionalism and customer service are just as important as the service. I recently expressed my concern on a bad customer experience. It is at times like this that a small business owner should humble themselves and lead with an apology on the customer experience even if they don’t think that my feelings are valid and ask how they can make this right. Instead I was met with defensive energy and ten toes down that they were right and I was wrong. Pride is an evil thing. I was a client for over 6 years that never complained about prices, rarely had concerns about service and 98% of the time I was either early or on time. The one time that I asked to be fit in at the last minute, I even gave her a gift card on top of my payment plus tip. I always respected her time even when my time and/or feelings were not respected. It is very unfortunate that the one time that I expressed a concern, that time was not taken to think out the most professional, compassionate, and humble reply vs. the prideful, impulsive response to say that they were right and to completely discount what the client was feeling.

I have been a client at Her Aura Lash for almost a year now and this review is well overdue. Her Aura is a quaint boutique in Ayrsley Village. The owner Marq and my technician, whom I absolutely love, Dalisa are wonderful and very knowledgeable as well attentive to your lash needs. I have a classic full set, which I'm complimented on regularly as to how natural they look. If you're searching for a place to have your lashes done, you will not regret booking an appointment here.

Since moving to Charlotte it has been extremely difficult finding an esthetician that does lashes that last and look extremely natural. Thank you Her Aura. They are very professional and gave me exactly what I wanted.

4 years later since my original review and I love Her Aura even more! In addition to getting lash extensions consistently for years, I have also trusted Marq with microshading my brows and doing make up for me and my entire bridal party for my wedding. The level of professionalism and perfection in every encounter is unmatched. Marq is an absolutely delight and I look forward to every visit! ---- The only person I trust with my eyes lashes. After years of going to places like amazing lash studio or random spots that would leave my lashes looking awful and my eyes hurting, I finally found this place!! People ask me if these are my real lashes instead of who does my lashes. I’ve booked with all three lash techs and have never been disappointed. After coming here for 6 months I’ve never had a bad experience. They constantly ask if I’m doing okay during the lash session, ask for my feedback, and are so quick to adjust something if needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking or looking to get lashes!

Firstly, this establishment is clean and very inviting. The quality work I receive when getting my lashes done has been top tier. I love how not only enhancing my look is taken seriously, but also the health of my natural lashes is just as important. I had my first lash set here at Aura Lash with Richelle and I was very satisfied with the outcome and with how long my set lasted. I went out of the country and the heat, sweat, oils, beach, pool, etc. hardly affected my lashes. Richelle explained every step to me and aftercare. They are so professional here and the studio is so cute and very clean. I 100% will be coming back and not going anywhere else. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to surrounding competitors. I did the $99 natural special since I wanted to try them out first but it was such a great deal and turned out beautiful. My lashes are stick straight but Richelle blended them in so well with the set it looked like my natural lashes had a curl. These ladies here are so sweet, professional and hard working and deserve all the praise! Thank you again!

I always feel well taken care of and can see the passion they have for doing lashes and making everyone feels their best. I even brought my mom to my artist (Marq) and she made sure she had amazing lashes that kept her coming back. I love the staff here! They are all super nice and knowledgeable and genuinely care about their clients ❤️ I had purchased an eye lash serum that I unknownly had an allergic reaction to, it hasn't happened before, but they took really care of me to make sure I was ok and healed and made things right as well. I highly recommend them 🥰 thank you guys so much for all od your help!

Very rude. I initially really loved this place and had spent a good bit of money getting my lashes done here. I was always punctual, never missed an appointment, tipped really well and was very respectful . My last appointment my childcare fell through due to a family emergency and they were not understanding in the least bit. I tried to reschedule for the next day and they insisted I would pay an additional $50. I finally said I would make later that day work but I would not be coming back due to their lack of customer service. The owner was literally yelling over me on the phone and arguing with me when I was just trying to explain the situation. I understand there's certain policies, but you think you try to be flexible and work with clients who are typically consistent. I told the owner that I would try to make it work so I wouldn't get charged an additional $50 fee for rescheduling for the next day. She called me back and told me not even to bother to come in that they won't see me anymore. Yikes is all I have to say. An owner that will argue with you over the phone raise their voice use a demeaning tone and not be flexible. Especially in the service industry. Bad vibes...

Visited Her Aura Lash today. I've been a client of Marq for almost a year now. The "More Than Mascara" is my all time favorite lash style. She is so sweet and accommodating. Even with my busy schedule, she is always able fit me in and always makes me feel special whenever I arrive. Her salon is clean and she is always professional. She is truly a gem!

Awesome experiences. I’ve been here for multiple refills . The place definitely lives up to its name as you definitely experience a welcoming unmatched aura during each visit. It’s elegant, clean and you can literally have multiple services done here at once and not expect a rushed job like most salons. Their work is Incomparable . Definitely the best charlotte has to offer. If you have an issue , all you have to do is reach out to them and they don’t let you leave until it’s fixed to your satisfaction. I love this place! Been going for about 2 years! Marq does an amazing, natural and full look for me every time. And my lashes always last, even though I put them through the ringer most times. Always clean, professional, and honestly has become a friend over the years, she’s so sweet. My first experience here was amazing… Took me in did my refill with no problem and it lasted almost three weeks, it was great. However, I came in recently on 5/13/2022 and my lashes are NOT lasting at all. I felt rushed during my appointment and not very pleased that they aren’t lasting longer than a week. Not worth my money if I’m not going to get a full wear out of them. Definitely finding a new lash studio. :(

My review is long overdue!! I’ve been seeing Rebecca since April and won’t see anyone else! She does the most amazing job and knows just what I want! She is so gentle, and I fall asleep every time. I also love the music they play, definitely my kind of vibes!! I come every week because I am OCD about my lashes looking perfect, but my lashes could easily go 3-4 weeks. I workout everyday and sweat a lot and throughout the week I only lose one or two. Very impressed! These girls rock❤️❤️

This is the best lash studio I have ever tried, and I’ve tried several! The lashes are a good quality & last several weeks. The place is super clean & you can tell it’s a top priority. marq is the absolute best. She is quick, thorough & so gentle. She offers a huge variety of services in addition to lashes. To make a long story short, if you want bomb lashes to complete your look go to this amazing welcoming place. Hands down this place takes first place 🙌 🙏 😌

5 Stars isn’t enough to give Her Aura Lash! If google allowed me to give more stars I definitely would without hesitation. I’ve always had a nice length of natural eye lashes. But some months ago I decided I wanted to finally try to enhance my lashes by getting some extensions for the 1st time. First I went someplace and the experience was completely HORRIFIC! The lashes were too thick, sooo many lashes placed on one lash and one eye had more lashes than the other. My eyes were sore when I left from getting them done. I placed Vitamin E on them that same night hoping to get some relief from the soreness I felt whenever I opened and closed my eyes. The next day, which was a Sunday I googled search for open lash salons, many places were closed. I found Her Aura Lash, I contacted them, explained my issue that I needed the lashes removed because they hurt. Great Customer Service the entire time, they expressed sincere concern. The owner Marquetta, was AMAZING! Even though it was short notice, I was able to get an appointment with the owner and she invested 3 dedicated hours of removing the painful lashes. She took her time to ensure I was able to preserve my natural lashes. 2 days later I returned for Marquetta to give me a Natural set of lashes. The experience was AMAZING!! No pain, can’t even feel they’re on my eyes. Now I am a happy regular client! I didn’t expect to love the beauty enhancement of lashes so much. And it’s all because of how the staff at Her Aura Lash constantly shows Great Customer Service. Marquetta was able to show me the beauty and pain free of wearing lashes. I am soooo greatful!!!
