Y'all, this is the best waxing service, period. I pay for waxings all over the world, and I do it myself. The ladies at Hello Sugar Nashville are dynamite -- consistent, fast, reasonably priced, clean, professional, and easy to chat with. The room is well-lit, and the products are hypoallergenic (never had a skin reaction). Ya know how the usual wax experience is ok but not quite right and always a little sticky? Yeah, not here, it's perfect every. single. time.

0 stars if it were possible. I confirmed my apnt 3 days before my apnt. The morning of I received an automated text confirming my apnt. I showed up to my 5:20p apnt at 5:05p and completed my digital check in. At 5:45p no one had shown up and all the lights were off in all the Hello sugar suites. I called customer service which was not regional to my location and was told that my apnt had been canceled by my esthetician (Katie). I had not received any communication about this at any point and wasted a complete hour of my time. The customer service rep wanted me to reschedule and I had to ASK for a discount. I asked for it to be sent to my email and they never did. I will not reschedule or put any more trust in this company or their employees. It's wild that they threaten to charge you a same day cancelation fee if YOU cancel but when they cancel without informing you nothing happens. Very bad business.

Great experience with sugaring--quick, clean, and comfortable. Will continue to sugar here! I feel hair growth is a lot slower with sugaring vs regular waxing.

i had an appointment, i was on time and had to wait nearly 12 minutes before being acknowledged. after seeing the girl before me limping out of the room, i just knew it was going to be a problem. the lady called me in the room just to inform me that she could not preform the service because i have lupus, which i have been managing very well might i add. i was livid, not for being rejected but because i should have been told that over the phone before arriving to my appointment. aside her apology which i felt was not sincere, i felt my time and gas was wasted. i have been getting waxes for years and NEVER have experienced such discrimination or lack of curiosity. i would never recommend this place to anyone and i will never go back. THEIR JUST RUDE!
