the way the lady did my locs was not good first she did i not do the entire strand of hair just the root and after the retwist was finished my hair started sticking up would not recommend for just a retwist you have to get a style

I've been to the salon more than once, each time everyone was pleasant. I stated the style I wanted and communicated I didn't want my braids too tight. During my braiding, they made sure I was comfortable and offered me to take breaks throughout. I was very pleased with my hair. Highly recommend

First time going and I must say they slayed my microbraids. Great atmosphere and learned a few things about their African culture in cooking. I will definitely be trying fufu and egusi. They finished my head in 4 hrs or a lil less. I will definitely be back. When asked what I wanted for a valentines gift from my hubby I said and he delivered the payment. I showed up and Rose and Saleena showed out. Their hands are blessed!

For 70 I would of thought I would get some clean braids.. not at all. Horrible job done. But the customer service is great. Just lack talent

Horrible experience. My appointment was at 1:00 pm. I showed up on time and there was someone already being served. I asked how long and was told 1 hour. So I showed back up at 2:00 pm. When I asked again I was told another hour. They are definitely not professional. If you have all day to wait around, it's your choice. Not recommended.

My first time visiting was the Best. Friendly faces greeting you and ready to get started. Got my hair done here full service. ACV rinse. Shampoo , condition and fully washed. That was amazing.. I didn’t want to leave. I asked for a retwist on my locs, with maintenance on a few, then a style ( Two strand twist with small locs knots.. they are very professional. Very knowledgeable , with blessed hands. We laughed and talked mostly the whole time in this salon.! I’m extremely satisfied and happy that I’ve found a new place to get my hair done. first time going to heidi/jojo and i loved it...as a christian woman i enjoyed the music videos there had showing and the lady that did my hair was so nice ..she did not notice i was listening to her sing and she has a beautiful voice....i will definitely go back again and recommend other people to them....marilyn

I been going to Rosa, for year’s. I’m from Houston. I begged for them to put one here. I don’t go as offering. Like I used to but when I need my hair done, that’s the only place I go. That best in Lake Charles, Always polite, also clean, professional and everyone works in her shop have artistic hands with there work always done in a timely manner you will love your hair
