They did a great job on my braids. I absolutely LOVE my hair. I’ve received so many compliments. They hear the braiding hair on site for only $30. They even offer braid Takedown Service. Heidi was so sweet and accommodating.

My husband got my hair done today by Heidi braiding wen I tell you they was all so nice and professional and Heidi gave me just wat I wanted and I left there with a smile I’m now gonna make them my permanent braiding spot and my appointment was at 9am I got straight in the chair and they both was on my head wen I tell yall by 10:45 my head was close to finish it only took 4.5 hours top they are very fast I love it there I will definitely be returning back soon as my edges needs redone 🥰😍💯this was the BEST BRAIDING SHOP THAT MY HUSBAND HAS PAID FOR THAT I LEFT OUT HAPPY WIT A SMILE 😀 Thank you again Ladies 💕

I was seated upon arrival and the young lady did a excellent braiding service. I asked for 10 cornrows and they are very neat. Thanks for the great experience. I ❤️ my hair.

The work speaks for itself but wash your hair at home I paid 20 dollars for a non basic wash it felt like only water was the worst wash ever but they had very good service professional work most definitely friendly and fast and neat braids and team work ethics

My wife frequents this shop a lot for almost all of her hair styling and braiding needs, she explained to me that the owners of the shop are very cordial and extremely professional. All hairstyles are welcome here and the quality of work they do will have you coming back over and over, when space is available as appointments are definitely recommended!

Dior did my hair in knotless box braids to my hips with curls at the ends ... she likes to multi-task such as eating and constantly on the phone... however she does an amazing job... also she works quickly... the Stylist was kind... the owner offered me homemade donuts that morning for breakfast... I wasn't hungry for donuts at 8 am... I brought my child they didn't like it... however, he stayed... the restroom ok... the front desk was messy... they do answer all calls no matter if they are all busy which is nice to know... the hairstyles on the walls were outdated... the salon needs an upgrade and renovation. Other than that, I highly recommend anyone who wants to look like a Nubian queen in waiting call for an appointment and you won't regret it.

My first time going to this salon and my experience was awesome. The ladies were very friendly and the service was beyond great. I would totally recommend for your natural hair do. I love the twist I received and they were done exactly as I asked.

Wife drove over 30 minutes to get her hair braided just for the lady to have the doors locked. Literally texted at 2:11 PM wife arrived around 2:30 PM. She literally rushed us to get there just to have the doors locked. Gotta do better. Open sign was on but lights where off. I dont recommend just off that alone.

My appointment was at 9am and the ladies was on time. Also I has two ladies working on my hair so that I didn't have to be there all day. FYI they braid very tightly.

Poor customer service....we need someone in this industry to set higher standards in the braiding industry, so they can step up their game...they are good at getting you in, after that, good luck.....they also have the nerve to ask people randomly for the money upfront before services are rendered, not sure how they determine who they should ask versus not......🤔 non English speaking group of people.....
