I give this salon zero stars. I went in yesterday as a new customer, the appointment was for a perm. I researched what I wanted which was soft beach waves which would require very large rods and rolled completely different than a regular perm, at least from what I researched. The one lady who I believe was the owner treated me like I did not know what I was talking about, so since she is supposed to be the expert I gave her the benefit of doubt. The lady who was my “stylist” did not speak any English, she could not hold the scissors and comb at the same time she was cutting my hair, I don’t even know if she has a license. She brought the rods out to start the perm which were slender, long and rubber, I have never seen a perm rods like these. I asked if those were the large rods, the stylist next to her had to interpret, I was told yes. She started rolling my hair and they were so tight it felt like my hair was going to pull out of my head. She stated something to the stylist next to us (the Spanish word for upsetting) as she could see the grimacing on my face. She asked if the rods were too tight, I told her yes so she loosened a couple of them. I don’t know why I didn’t listen to my intuition and run out of that salon. My daughter was right next to me who was also getting a perm. My daughter is somewhat disappointed how her hair came out but it is 70% better than mine. Her stylist seemed to know more of what she was doing. You could tell the owner and even the other stylist knew my perm was not good, both coming over to look at my hair. Well, to finish this long story, I didn’t end up with soft beach waves, not even an 80’s style perm. No! What I got was the BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN perm. Now I will have to go pay more money to get the perm reversed. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER step foot in this salon.

I went to this salon to inform myself of prices available as I am a new local. The girl inside looked at me like a complete stranger, then I asked if she had a flier with prices on it so I can take it home and look at prices. She didn’t understand me and was kind of rude then I repeated and she said « NO » it was also rude then I asked if I could take a photo at the prices on the wall so I could have on my phone the different services they provide. She looked at the other girl as if I was totally strange for doing that. Well too bad this is not how you treat new clients. The result is I will never go back there.

I went to get a haircut with my sister yesterday, and we were with someone who didn’t speak any English (had to have the owner translate for us) and she seemed new (and maybe an apprentice since there was a certificate displayed that showed that? I’m not sure though) and she left our hair choppy and not even. I’m very upset by this as my hair is already to my chin and plenty short. I’m not sure if I can post pictures but I wish I never paid for this service.

The day i went the owner died my hair the color she wanted and not what i said ! She refused to give a refund . Her name is yazmin shes always over charging people shes always in a rush ! She gives a different price everytime i go for the same thing and shes always talking really badly about her coworkers

They cut your hair so fast and they hurt their hurt your scalp they going so hard with the machines and scissors they even cut my ear I do not recommend this place you might lose an ear where's your scalp will get cut

If I could rate this salon a zero, I would. One star is one to many. I don't know who that random fools person who gave them a 5*, must be the owner. My wife has had long beautiful hair since 2010. It takes a while to grow ones hair out. At our age, she'll be 61 before it grows in. As turns out, one doesn't have to know how to cut hair, to own or work in a Salon. We usually go to Jeannette @ Supercuts, the one by stater Bros.

NEVER go here if you value your hair... MARIE THE owner and Maria the cosmologist, both hacked my long beautiful, curly hair onto chuncks, steps an inch and a half difference from one layer to another. Looks like im wearing , 2 mullets at 2different lengths. When I started to cry, the owner, Mariesaid, you cry for CANCER,not for hair. Marie has long hair, down to the middle of her back. Maybe she would like to donate that long beautiful hair to locks of love????She can't cry tho.
