Front office staff is nice and professional. I have been here twice now for a European facial, and both of the aesthetician's that I have had were amazing, and I felt so rejuvenated & relaxed afterward. I highly recommend it!!!

This was my husband's and I second time here. The staff were phenomenal. We were greeted with a smile, and our reservation was in the system, and they were timely with check-in. I enjoyed the mani/pedi. It was actually one of the best ones I've had in a long time. Emma gave me a wonderful full body massage. I love that they clean throughly between guests, and there is a beautiful meditation room while you wait. My facial was top tier, and the steam shower is a nice end to a great experience.

I just had the most amazing massage with Dennis he did a 90 min clinical massage that worked muscles I didn’t know were sore! Highly recommend Dennis at Heavenly Massage! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I must say after traveling outside the country and coming back home . There is nothing like Heavenly Message. Barbara and Mary did a phenomenal job on my facial and body deep tissue massage. Absolutely Amazing 🤩!

I would not recommend this place. The only good thing about this place was the heated massage table. The lady just rubbed oil all over my body. The room was very cold and I stated that when I walked in. I told the lady I didn’t want to take off my coat since it was cold and she said oh, that’s because it’s cold outside. This is not what I call a swedish massage.

I've been going to see MARGIE for years now. I have chronic back and neck pain so I try to go once a month. She always greets me with a smile and a pleasant vibe. I leave there feeling rejuvenated and refreshed every time. She remembers my trigger points and knows how to relieve them. I HIGHLY recommend seeing her! And Heavenly Massage is a great establishment as well, it's clean and comfortable.

I've been coming to Heavenly Massage since 2016. I've been to 3 locations but the Orland Park location is the one that I frequent. I've always had a fair experience but my most recent visit was disappointing because the therapist shorted my 90 minute massage by 7 mins. I won't be back.

All I can say is AMAZING!! I received my hydra facial peel from Barbara and it was the most relaxing thing in the whole world. I’m going to buy this for my mom so she can experience this type of luxury!! I would highly recommend a hydra facial peel from Barbara ☺️

Heavenly Massage & Spa is definitely my favorite place to get pampered. The atmosphere alone is so calming. The staff is always so friendly. I've had many massages but I have to say that today was my best ever. Dennis is exceptional!!! I highly recommend both this spa & this masseuse.

I was gifted a mini spa package purchased on Groupon. I really didn’t think it will be this good. Adriana did my meni/pedi and Evita did my massage and I throughly enjoyed it. Also the steam shower was amazing. After many days I slept good at night. Evita did great massage with right amount of pressure and releasing my knots on my shoulder. I would definitely recommend and will be going back.

Enjoyed my massage absolutely needed! There is also maybe a 5-10 min wait just so they can prep the rm for u. Everyone in there was very nice. My therapist was great as well made me feel very welcomed and relaxed 😌 I think I even fell asleep. After your massage, you have an option to shower to get the oils off, which aren't sticky either. Highly recommend 👌🏾

I’m gonna give you a real and honest review here. I get tons of massages often. THIS WAS THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY 40 year old life .. I had Dennis as a massage therapist .. and homie massaged the generational trauma right out my body … I got the 90 minute deep tissue and felt like a new woman. He wasn’t handsy Completely appropriate He didn’t talk to much He smelled good And he listened. I lift weights and as soon as I told him that he knew all the spots I feel lighter and relaxed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good fitness massage to book with Dennis He will also stretch you out and get all the high intensity points that take a beating from back and leg days 10 stars out of 5 would recommend

I purchased a spa day. I scheduled and told that they could only offer 2/3 services in the day but the 3rd would be offered in a gift card to redeem later. This was not the intent of my purchase. I am both disappointed and dissatisfied with my purchase as I feel misled that I could experience a “spa day”.

I was pleased with my prenatal massage by Martyna. Sound and lights were set to a relax mood. The option to shower afterwards was a plus. If you aren’t pregnant, you can have a steamed shower. I’ll be back!

Loved my Groupon spa day deal. Massage was good. Facial was relaxing. My favorite was the pedicure/manicure. My nails have never lasted this long and looked this good, it’s been a week and they are still not chipped or pealing. It was a basic manicure NOT no chip! Wow! I will be back.

This place is Heavenly on their massages. They work all the knots and kinks out my back. Love this place. Very nice and pleasant people. I'm going back.
