They shorted my time. Started late. My daughter was so very disappointed. Not really trained in more than rubbing. They charge extra for the massage oil. Omg. Never again. $80 plus tip

Anna is great. 10 years of experience. Excellent professional deep tissue massage. If you get her it will a 5 star experience July 2023 edit: However, the problem is the people that pick up the phone will outright lie to tell you she is there (or maybe they do not speak English well but I have my doubts) and then you show up and it’s someone completely different. This happened yesterday and the person who did the massage could not take feedback about pressure and where I wanted the massage (actually could not understand English though I sensed they were nice). She did not understand the nonverbal cues directing her for lighter pressure or to not massage the butt area Moral of story is only go if you can get Anna but be prepared to get lied to about her being there and be ready to walk out if she isn’t. Because the prices there are not the cheapest either, so the risk of getting a bad massage from the other therapists is not worth it if you can’t get Anna

I’ve had a lot of massages and this place is THE ONE...since the first time I got a massage here they have always treated me like no other and that I’m the priority. You know how you go to some and they stop to talk to a coworker or leave room for a little bit and you're laying there thinking am I done or what. Not here. Speaking of this place I’m going there again today and look forward to all my visits. I hope this helps you all...

First it was a pain to book an appointment. No one understood me. Come in and told her have an appointment she did not understand me. 10 minutes with google translate still no luck. She burped on me, right next to me. Was about to leave she finally understood me and of course I asked neck shoulder and back. She only did back. Paying I asked her for change she thought I was leaving her a $20 tip. Don’t recommend and came out stressed. They need an English speaking person. Not coming back and regret giving a tip…

Came here for the first time and wanted to do an hour massage but the masseuse did a very good job👍, just added 30 minutes, very comfortable and perfect, I love it and come back soon.

Overpriced first off, walked in to darkness they looked closed, then a lady whom didn't say to much, nor did she seem happy, got out of her car and mumbled something pointing to the back I changed my mind and said they were Overpriced.....want a great deep tissue massage go to the place at haywood mall they always do the trick😁

This was the worst experience. First when I got there all the lights were off and Noone was at the front, I should've trusted my gut to leave. Then a lady comes up, doesn't tell me her name, doesn't ask for mine, just looks at me. I asked if I could get a massage she shakes her head yes. I asked if I could get 30 mins for body and 30 mins for feet (on their service list), she points to just 60 min body massage. I realize she doesn't speak much English so point at the service I want. She shakes her head yes. She walks me to the room, says I have to pay first, takes the money, says nothing else, shuts the door. I felt like she was just doing whatever during the massage, different on each side. Only spent 5 mins on my feet. Then she leaves comes back with coconut oil and puts it to my face she then proceeds to use it. During the whole massage I was ready to leave. Then when she's done she just walks out. I leave the room, she tells me the coconut oil was extra. Which is fine I just wish I knew prior. Throughout the massage I kept trying to give feedback but she just ignored me. As I go to leave she catches an attitude because I did not tip. I was not satisfied so no I did not tip.

I called to make an appointment for a 90min massage. Was quoted $70. When I arrived it was $110 and the 1hr was $70. I got the 1hr for a Swedish massage but the person giving it was doing a deep tissue. I tried numerous times telling her to do light pressure Swedish but still experience deep. I wanted full body and it took about 45 mins before I realized it my massage was mostly done on my back. I had to ask her to stop and to work something else. By the time I turned over I only had 5mins left of my massage. She was a sweet person but don't really understand communication. I felt not relaxed at all when left. After a few hours I was sore and swollen and felt like someone beat my back up rather than relaxed. After 24hrs and still feeling sore I figured I would do this review as a way to help the business improve their communication and massage technique. If your wanting deep tissue she would be the person for you but not if your looking for relaxation.

This place is shady. If you go in for a massage once in the back old grandma CHICKS will TRY and force something "extra" on you for $45 and rather you accept or not they want you to pay. This place needs to be shut down!!

First time customer. They were able to fit me in at the last minute. Overall I give 3 stars for the environment, and pricing ($70 for 60 minutes and includes hot stone and hot towel). Massage therapist was very rough on my back and applied too much pressure. I asked her twice to be a little softer. 48 hours later and my back and shoulders are still sore to the touch. I'm having difficulty laying on my back to sleep at night. I get massages pretty regularly throughout the year, and have never felt this sore afterwards.

Me and my wife went to get a full body massage the service and massage was excellent they massage every part of me and my wife body including our buttcheeks lol it was a great experience I will definitely recommend going there and we will definitely come back

I have had countless massages, but Heavenly Massage blew them out of the water! THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD! Completely professional and knowledgeable. I haven’t been this relaxed in a long time. I highly recommend them.

This is the first review I have ever written. I walked into Heavenly Massage with years of pain from treating my body like an " automobile test crash dummy " and walked out after my massage session being able to raise my arms fully above my head with NO pain. It has been years since I could do that. It has been 5 days since my session and waking up without a stiff neck and shoulder pain is absolutely a blessing. In the past 2 years I have had over 20 massages that brought no results even close to the FANTASTIC results I got from one session at HEAVENLY MASSAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!

This may have been the best massage I've ever had (and I've had plenty!)! At first I was a little skeptical of the location, but the decor is new, clean and beautiful. First of all, they took me as a walk-in and I explained that I was having agonizing back pain. The massage was SO thorough and the therapist was extremely sensitive to my problem areas and how deep I wanted the massage to be. They even upgraded me to a hot stone massage! Try it -- you won't be sorry

We stopped by to check out their prices and services. The only people there were two women from China who spoke no English. When we tried to leave they surrounded us and became aggressive. Then they followed us outside and we were afraid they’d block the car. I would never go there.
