Evidently the giddying heights of success of being a business owner have made the owner “Mary” entirely forget about basic courtesy and manners. She is hostile, belligerent and rude. I booked my husband a massage, and somehow the system booked it under my name (however I clarified the client was to be my husband in the mandatory client form sent, subsequent to booking). The palaver this caused was absurd, when all that was required was a simple name change on the system. My husband found the reception he received at Heavenly Hands so unpleasant that he chose to cancel the appointment. I genuinely felt bad for the masseuse who lost the payment from the client booking as a result of being associated with Mary. I cannot understand how the owner of the business can be so unpleasant and hope the masseuses there seek alternative employment.

Best deep tissue massage I have ever had! If anyone is looking for a great deep tissue massage I highly recommend asking for Connor! He's very detailed about his point of pressure and constantly keeps his patient on his mind. Asking of the pressure is right for the different areas he's working on. I will be happy to spend my money anytime Connor is available!

I have been going to this wonderful spa for years. Last night i had an appointment with Mike! He really focused on the areas that needed attention and what a difference in my range of motion for my shoulders. Mary only hires the best. if you haven't been there yet................. Leah was absolutely incredible. I had been experiencing awful neck and shoulder tension for weeks. After just an hour with her all of that was gone and I realized I could breathe. Canceling my massage envy membership and will be coming to see her in the future. There are not enough words to express how appreciative I am!

My 7 year old daughter asked for a massage experience. I had called around town and hadn’t found much luck, most places didn’t want to massage a child. I called Heavenly Hands and was greeted by the most kind and understanding person! When we arrived the massage therapist, Becky, was there to greet my daughter. I was immediately impressed with Becky establishing a connection with my daughter and asking her what her preferences might be. Throughout the entire massage Becky explained the process and answered all of my daughter’s MANY questions. She checked in with her many times to ask how much pressure was too much or too little. My daughter felt comfortable and opened up about some stressors and things that were on her mind. Rather than changing the subject or not saying anything, Becky asked her what her favorite color was and worked on a relaxation breathing technique. She was considerate and completely connected with what my daughter was feeling even when it was sharing details that had nothing to do with the message. I was absolutely blown away! My daughter loved the experience and wants to go again. I was so impressed with the level of care and attentiveness. We definitely will be coming back! Next time I’ll get a massage for myself too!

My wife received a $70 gift card for a massage when she was battling cancer. She passed away having not used the card. I found the card and the note from her co-workers recently and because it has been more than 5 years since the card was purchased Heavenly Hands kept the money for themselves. They offered me a $10 discount, but I will never use that. I think it is un unethical practice to keep money that was used to purchase gift cards, and I won't do business with them. RIP my dear wife, at least you don't have to deal with the Devilish ways of men any longer.

We drive 30 minutes because their service is worth the drive and we've been clients for 10+ years. There isn't another massage business (non-mobile) that even comes close to what Heavenly Hands offers.

Excellent place to get a massage. The service is exceptional. The appointments are on time and I've never experienced any cancelations. I'm treated like a person they care for and want to help. Angie is one of the best masseuse that I have had! Recommended for all.

Heavenly Hands has been my go-to place for massages for years, and always had great experiences. However, the last two times, were bad experiences. I have noticed when I called to make appointments, I remember the customer service person was very short-tempered and unfriendly. I was so taken back by their behavior that I ended up canceling my appointment and went somewhere else. The last time I went for massage, while waiting for the massage person to come in, I noticed that the sheets felt used and not fresh. At first, I thought maybe they were just very old sheets, but after the massage, I quickly realized that they were actually used, and that they never changed them. They were just using the same sheets. I always thought that each time you have a new client, you're supposed to prep your table and change the sheets. It's just sanitary, but they didn't. Maybe it was just this particular massage person that chose no to, but it left a bad impression for the whole business. I leave this review not to bad-mouth the company, because I've had really good experiences in the past, but in hope that the company would see this and correct these issues.

My wife had a horribly amateur massage a few months ago. We thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt as they have been good in the past so we went back. Another bad experience today. We scheduled a full body hour massage for my parents and my mom said her massage was ok and the person that massage my dad spent an hour just on his neck. Didnt touch another part of his body. Just an hour on his neck! What a waste of 200 dollars. We won't be going back. It seems like they have a bunch of new people who don't really know what they are doing these days. Would not recommend heavenly hands.

Saw Angie tonight, she was very intuitive and knowledgeable.. I went in for reiki, and she Helped me look deep within and taught me about healing and how I can achieve it...as well as helped me learn things about myself..
