I had some time to kill while I was in the area and stopped in for a 30 minute foot massage and it was incredibly relaxing. The man and woman working there were very kind and I left feeling wonderful. I will definitely be back.

Can’t believe I didn’t know about this hidden jewel in Folsom till today and I called in for a quick appointment for a deep tissue massage. Iris was a thorough professional and did a great job in addressing all of my problematic areas! Had a great relaxing massage, and will definitely be back!

Have seen Eva twice now and both massages were great. The first time I got the combo massage, and the second time I got a body massage and she offered a free back scrub which I accepted. Eva provides one of the best massages that I have had in the area. I plan to see her regularly.

Healthy Massage was clean and relaxing. I was a little concerned that Iris wouldn't have the upper body strength for a deep tissue massage. I was wrong. Iris is excellent. I will definitely return.

They are very accommodating, and it is easy to get an appointment that is convenient with your schedule. They have many options and additional add ons, like a back scrub and also offer cupping. Healthy Massage is very clean and has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone at this location is very friendly and it's easy to get a same day appointment. I had a very relaxing therapeutic massage and cupping session with Iris today. Iris is an amazing masseuse! She checks in with pressure, and provides a comfortable experience. I had an amazing experience at health massage. The staff was incredibly professional and skilled. The ambiance was relaxing, and the massage itself was exactly what I needed to relieve my stress and tension. We did a 50 mile bike ride in the morning and were definitely ready for a massage. Glad we were able to get same day appointment for a couple’s massage. They have a nice room set up with nice tables and looked like maybe a handful of other rooms. Had both a male and female therapist (did not catch their names) and both were excellent. The woman working on me checked in on pressure and if I wanted hot stones or not included in the 90 min session. Pressure was just right and felt great afterwards.

Iris is the best masseuse I've had in 20 years. She listens to your body and finds the pain points and problem areas and applies multiple techniques to remediate the issues you might be having. The business is clean, courteous and honest.

Best massage ever, Eva is wonderful. She has been helping me for years. Eva is strong and intuitive. I have many problems with my hip, spine, back, and shoulders. She finds the right spot to relieve the pain. Went again last night, this time Eva suggested a new to me employee, Mumu and she was terrific. My hip was bothering me so much, I was falling and having trouble getting around. Mumu worked on me for two hours. I feel great today. She was able to concentrate on the nerves and release the pain. I felt bad, she worked so hard, without giving up. Mumu communicated well and has excellent skills, and is very professional.

Clean, quiet location with a very friendly staff. Eva, the owner, also has a location in Auburn. I've been going to her for a little over 3 years, and she is the only reason I'm able to walk around without back pain. She is highly recommended, particularly if you're like me and need someone with good strength to penetrate deep into the muscles.

I am a regular customer of the Auburn Sun Spa location. When I found out that the owner opened another location in Folsom I was excited to try it. It did not disappoint. Very clean! Professional knowledgeable and intuitive staff! My chronic shoulder and lower back pain is managed with zero meds, but fantastic massages! I strongly recommend these places!
