As an ironman-distance triathlete, getting great massages while preparing for a race is key. Patty at Health-Land Massage in Ventura is a very talented masseuse and has helped me overcome minor injures so I can still compete in my late 50s. I highly recommend her.

From the moment I walked in, Toni's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel completely at ease. Her skillful technique worked wonders on my back, feeling like I can walk around again!Her professionalism and genuine care are obvious. O...m...g. I have had a lot of massage in my lifetime. Winona figured me out in moments!! Her pressure was amazing and I only had to say once it was too firm and that was only cause I had been at the gym yesterday. She started even noticing my breathing patterns and learned the pressure when she noticed my breathing change. Not only did she listen before our session, but she also worked out so many of my problem areas. I feel ready to take on the world... after a nice nap lol the only negative thing I will say is I got cold but I know that was me. I highly recommend Winona!!

I can’t speak highly enough about Rose and her team! My family and I have been going to Rose for years and always leave feeling infinitely better after an excellent massage. Most recently, I was struggling and was in a lot of pain after injuring my back but Rose listened to my concerns and worked wonders on my lower back! I am so grateful!

I recently came here for some relief, also my Son had some back issues so he also came to seeToni. She really helped him with his pain and issues and he will be returning soon... Toni, is excellent at helping alleviate my back and neck pain. I highly recommend her for your aches and pains. She's Very skilled, knowledgable, professional and listens to your body and concerns. Totally in tune, she'll find areas you did'nt know, were where your body issues are coming from. Definetly helping reapair my aching body. The owner, Rose, keeps the place immaculate. She and her colleagues will give you the massage of your choice. I like the deep tissue massage. Rose makes me feel comfortable and works the stiffness out of my muscles each time I go. Rose has a positive happy attitude and I feel the good vibes when she is working on me. Rose has been giving me massages for five years.
