Rose is the best massage therapist. I had injured my knee in a fall and could barely walk. With Rose's help and physical therapy, they helped me walk again. Her technique relieved sever pain while my leg healed. I can walk steps again and go on long hikes with dogs and daughter. She helps me live a thriving life and can help you too. I also love that she prays first. She has a very relaxing and clean atmosphere. I am so thankful for Rose. She is a dear friend and a professional massage therapist. She is always striving to improve as well. Thank you Rose for making my life better.

I have an autoimmune disease and deal with swelling, inflammation, lack of energy, you name it. Everything hurt all the time. After my second appointment with Mrs. Rose while doing household chores it dawned on me that I didn't ache all over. I don't feel the tight, stiffness in all of my joints anymore. I don't feel every move I make anymore in the same way I did. And it doesn't hurt that the process is very relaxing. It's not a high pressure massage, but very relaxing all the same (and Mrs. Rose doesn't comment about the snoring when I fall asleep) and while you don't visually see any results there are definitely benefits. I would definitely recommend Mrs. Rose and her services to anyone considering a Lymphatic Massage. Rose is professional, personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Very glad I finally went ahead to tried it.

I was able to gain clarity and of course relief from the swelling in my face. It is a daily battle for me and Rose provided me with tools to maintain relief at home. Very thankful for my experience.

Rose did an amazing job relieving a severe case of edema with manual lymphatic drainage massages. I was pleasantly surprised that such light touches and movement could produce such dramatic results. I highly recommend MLD for anyone with or without inflammation problems to get the lymph system flowing and reduce toxins in the body.

I highly recommend Health Restoration Massage. I have suffered with lymphatic drainage issues for several years and decided to try MLD. Rose was very knowledgeable about the condition, I believe I have, and how to help. I did 5 back to back MLD sessions to get a full clean out and Rose even showed me how to do continue MLD at home. Aside from her wonderful massage skills, Rose is a beautiful soul. She is a very kind, caring, empathetic human that genuinely wants to help other people. If anyone is looking for MLD or even a typical massage, look no further. Rose is AMAZING!!!

She is very attentive to weekly health issues. Feedback and willing to try new techniques to work on issues. Her use of Lymphatic Drainage has helped resolve some stubborn sinus issues for me. I have had trouble with sinus and ear inflammation and her knowledge of MLD has made the stubborn problem go away. I have had swollen face and neck before going in and feel like a new woman after her skilled treatment. Went again today 5-27-24 and my stiff sore shoulders are soo much better.

I went to Rose for the first time after being referred by my MD for neck and shoulder pain & tension headaches. I booked a half hour to try it out. OH MY GOSH I cannot wait to have an hour massage! It was a wonderful experience. I’ve had many massages in the past, but this was different. I am beyond happy because I can turn my head with less pain, I slept great, and I am able to work today without pain. I know it’s going to take a few sessions to break up all the angry knots, but I believe Rose will get me back on track quickly. Her office is inviting, warm, comfortable, and relaxing. Rose is very caring, listens to your concerns, worked with me to find a suitable way to position my body, and shared information on some things that may help in the future with other concerns I brought up. I have already shared her information with several friends and cannot wait to return! Thank you so much Rose!

My experience with Rose has been in a word, Terrific. I have gone for 3 straight weeks for terrible shoulder blade pain, and she has been the kindest, most patient, caring MT I have ever seen. She is a fine therapist and even finer human being. Her space is her in the best ways, warm and cozy. She truly cares and you feel the loveliness that her spirit exudes. Highly recommend!

Rose is amazing. 3 of my kids went to her for massages. They all had different issues with pain and injuries. She did an incredible job and did it with joy. So thankful to have her available to us here in Cleveland.
