Went in today for a couples massage with my fiancé for her birthday. Amber was great with my fiancé and Lindsay was amazing with me. Such a calming experience and they were absolutely able to work out the tough spots. From people who need to visit more often, we are for sure coming back here. Highly recommend!! And ask for Amber or Lindsay! I’m sure anyone would do a great job, but they were phenomenal!!!!

Amy does an amazing job with massages. Her passion of this job is obvious and it literally feels as if she has 8 arms. I suffer from migraines and this is a great way to help. The staff is always friendly to me and I return as quickly as I can. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment today with Hannah at 3:45. I was going to be 7-8 minutes late, so I called to let them know. The girl that answered the phone was very rude and said, “Well Hannah can’t do it because it’s just me and her and we are closing at 4.” I explained what I always had done would be well past 4 and no one had called me to cancel so how exactly would you be closing at 4. I was then put on hold for a long time. We she came back on the line, she said you are late anyway so your appointment has been cancelled. I have been going here for quite some time and am very disappointed by the unprofessionalism I experienced today. I live 50 minutes away. I left early from work and used leave and drove 50 minutes for nothing!!

Do not get your eyebrows done there for the love of god! Both times and worse now the second time she has ruined my face. Always excuses of how it’ll look awful for the first few weeks but still nothing can cover these angry bird looking scuffed up eyebrows!

I had a poor experience with this medspa. After hours of waiting, I was finally shown to a room. Injection technician and her assistants nearly scared me into not getting the injections I wanted. I chose to move forward, and came back a week later as I had lumps and unevenness in my lips that was very noticeable. On my return, the technician claimed she 'did not see what I was talking about, and stated she refused to do any more and I could have my old lips back!!!" When asking her to fix what was obviously a poor job, she acted put out, and did it - I was now feeling intimidated, asked to pay additional money to fix this, and left! I was so upset about this treatment, I wrote to the manager in detail. NO RESPONSE. This place just wants to take your money, and do not care about their patient's experience. AVOID, unless you want to wait hours for shoddy care.

I seen Amanda to get microblading done on my eyebrows. She done such an Amazing job. Shes very professional. I cant be any more happier then i am to have these eyebrows. I went in with no eyebrows and xame out with the most beautiful eyebrows anyone can have. Thank you so much Amanda. You are highly recommended.

Today my daughter and I went to the spa to have a facial, mud wrap, and massage. While the experience of every one of those was wonderful there were a couple of things I would change if I were the owner. 1. After the facial I was sent to the waiting room while another room became available for my second treatment. I think it would have been better to be put in a separate room with maybe some soothing music or a video of the ocean or something. Not in with new arrivals. 2. The shower that I had to take in between the cleanser and mud was COLD. My daughter also stated she had a cold shower. I will go back, and I will recommend this place to others because the women working there were again wonderful.
