So listen I had a hair disaster and a master stylist at this salon worked literal magic on me. She was kind and attentive and knew what she was talking about. I had maternity pictures the day after my hair got ruined by a different stylist and Makayla F. saved the day. 100% recommend. If your serious about your hair book with a level 5.

Heads Up Salon & Spa is great! Great atmosphere, friendly stylists, and quality service. Elena is a great communicator and very thorough. I’m so thankful to have found her after having a not so great past experience with a booth-rental stylist in a beauty suite setup. She helped me find a natural and easy to maintain hair color routine.

10 outta 10 would recommend! Every time I step in I always come out with the most beautiful color! Kate Moose is a master at what she does! She go above and beyond every time I book an appointment with her! She helped me go back to my natural blonde for my wedding and then gave me the most amazing vibrant colors since! I’ve never found a colorist who could get the vibrancies that she’s been able to do 😍

I always have the best experience at this salon from start to finish. Taylor is the absolute best! She is a master at her craft from color to cut to style. She really knows what will look good and makes sure to communicate the plan to get you to the outcome you’re looking for. I always love my haircuts, color, and blowouts from Heads Up Salon! I’ve been coming for 10 years and Nani and her team of stylists do a fantastic job every time. I get so many compliments on my color and always walk out feeling beautiful. I also bring my daughters, one with thick curly hair and one with thinner straight hair, and I always can trust they get a great cut and tips from their stylist. Today I got to work with Josie who did an amazing blowout and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this salon as all their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and reliable for a great style every time.

I got a last minute appointment at this salon. I had never been there before but decided to go because I was desperate for a cut. I didn’t expect much but Josie did an amazing job. I showed her a few pictures and she gave me exactly what I wanted. My hair looks and feels so much better. I wish I would have scheduled for a color too! I will definitely be back. Thank you!

I had a cut and tone with my favorite stylist Kate M and she seriously gave my hair a new life! I could not be more grateful for her super fast, careful and amazing work! I haven’t stopped getting compliments and I am already excited to rebook. Plus the salon is quiet and relaxing, and all the stylists are willing to help which is amazing.

I have been seeing Belle here for years, starting with when she rescued my hair after a bad coloring experience at another salon. My hair has since healed, and I have never left. She always listens to what I ask for with cuts and color, and I am always pleased with the results!

I have what you call skunk hair. I came in with blue (faded blue it started to turn green) and asked for a pink and black. She said it would turn out hot pink, but it really didn't. I also wanted a trim all around - an inch off my layers and a tiny trim on the bangs. I said I liked my bangs longer but in my opinion, she cut them kind of short. And it's not even. I showed a photo of my hair color and what my bangs look like - didn't include my face.

I’ve seeing heeju for over a year and she is absolutely amazing! She listens and gives you what you want ! She is a master so her services are higher but start out with someone lower if money is an issue and find your heeju!! She is my go to person. All the ladies in this place are amazing and caring !! This salon used to be great, but the quality has gone way downhill. The last hairdresser I had was awful—she yanked my hair while detangling, barely shampooed, and left so much dye in the back of my head that it stained my bedsheets. Before this, another hairdresser messed up my color twice but at least treated me decently. This time, I stupidly left a tip thinking she had a rough day, but now I realize she just didn’t care. Don’t bother coming here unless you want garbage service. I was charged close to $300 btw for the images attached.

I drive 45 minutes (from Highlands Rch.) to this beautiful salon to have an excellent hair cut and coloring done by Lana. She is THE BEST to say the least and I do not have easy hair to deal with.

I have had two horrible experiences with the same stylist, Josie. First time was when I needed a professional blowout for an event and Josie was late and I had to push my appointment back which was cutting into my ready time for my event. She then barely prepped my hair with products that you would normally expect for a blowout such as, mousse and she knew that I had curly hair which means that for my hair type I need a few extra styling products to avoid frizziness/dryness. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked for the best stylist they had that can do really nice voluminous blowouts. I instead left the salon with a flat blowout with zero volume, mind you, she didn't even add hairspray?? Second time I had another event and could not find appointments anywhere else and had to book here again. I called again to make sure they could give me the best stylist that can do really good blowouts. This time I made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and referred to last time that I did not get certain styling products and asked if she could add those this time. (I should not have to ask, the whole point of going to a professional is that they are supposed to already know what products to use for certain hair textures). She barely had any tension on my hair while blowing it out and once she finished she turned me around and I saw a huge chunk of my hair in the front still very frizzy with some curl still showing. At this point I was extremely over the situation and just wanted to get home so I can do it by myself. I cannot wrap my head around the fact that Josie felt confident enough with the work that she did to my hair and let me leave the salon with my hair looking like that after I gave her another chance and expected a better result. If I could see the frizzy mess she left in the front of my face, I knew she saw it as well, and so did the receptionist. How is she the best stylist I could get for a blowout? Does this look like a professionally done blowout? Are you guys truly proud of the work that a client of yours had to leave the salon with? I will be looking for a different stylist at a different salon who is actually competent in their expertise.

The service was honestly better than I was expecting! I went in, not fully knowing what I was looking for, but Alex and the team took great care of me. Very knowledgeable staff, great customer service, very well maintained salon, and more than reasonable pricing given the quality of work! I highly recommend Heads Up Salon & Spa, and will be booking again!

Been to heads up a handful of times and twice with one particular stylist. Several things were lacking that I usually get at the salon. Didn’t receive a head massage after a balayage (240$), wasn’t asked how I wanted it styled, wasn’t shown the back of my hair, and left with the underside wet. The little things make a difference.

I visited this salon today 10/19 for a root touch-up and Keratin Express treatment, scheduled for 5:00 PM. Despite being slightly late (5:10 PM), I was disappointed with the subpar service. The stylist, whose name I didn't catch, seemed inexperienced and careless. She applied hair dye roughly, getting it all over my forehead without cleaning it until I asked. During the hair wash, water entered my ears twice, and she burned my forehead twice while straightening my hair. Furthermore, she appeared uncertain about the Keratin Express process, relying on an instruction paper. To my dismay, my gray roots were still visible after the root touch up. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I question the effectiveness of the Keratin Express treatment. I hope the salon improves their services and trains their staff.

I made a last minute appointment and after a small mix up and a short wait the owner came out and made everything amazing. I have an amazing haircut and she went above and beyond to take care of me after the little confusion. Everything you could ask for and more with this experience. I called to ask about their haircut services, the receptionist was nice and helpful she was able to get me in the same day. The girl who cut my hair gave me exactly what I asked for and I loved my haircut. The prices are reasonable, I definitely will be coming back to this salon.

I got my whole hair dyed with Josie at Heads Up Salon & Spa. Let me just say, she definitely spoke my language and she is the friendliest girl ever! Josie was understanding and made sure she saw the vision of what I wanted. Midnight blue and a bubblegum pink halo. Josie did an amazing job with my hair, it’s been a week I’m so happy about it. She also gave me shampoo and conditioner recommendations. Getting your hair dyed to a completely new color you aren’t familiar with can be challenging for some people. But at this salon I felt secure they are doing their jobs right. It was a relaxing experience. You guys are all kind. I’ll be coming back here to get my roots and colors retouched when the time comes. Thank you once again <3 💙🩷

My daughter and I have been loyal clients of Heads Up Salon & Spa for almost 3 years, and we absolutely love it there. The staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming, making each visit a pleasant experience. We have a fantastic relationship with our stylist, Belle, who is nothing short of amazing. She is skilled, knowledgeable, and has impeccable technique. Belle consistently gives us the best silk presses, and her versatility shines through as she's equally talented with blowouts. My son got his hair dyed purple and it turned out beautiful. The stylist was very sweet. I've always had good results when I've gone here, and I was happy with how they treated my kid too! Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, this is probably one of the worst haircuts I've received. I showed a picture of what I would like. Even though I know it's not ever going to be exact, my hair looked nothing like the picture. She cut my hair for what seemed to be 5 minutes and then didn't even ask me if I liked the cut or wanted to change anything about it. She just said "Ok... how would you like to style it?" She offered to blow it out, difuse, curl ect. I asked her to difuse it. As a hairstylist, I would assume you'd at least know how to do that if you offered to do it. I've never done it but have watched many videos and I could have done better. I looked like a awful blown out dog and she asks me if I like it. No.. you can obviously see that anyone would not have liked it. She redid the style and it didn't look too bad, but after getting home after a couple of days I could see that the hair was not blended at all with the layers. It is so choppy and just not at all what I wanted. My hair is also uneven and some pieces are longer and not supposed to be.

I have been coming to Heads Up Salon & Spa for over a year now for haircuts and massages. I have always had a good experience here. Heeju is an amazing stylist, and Tristan greets me with a smile and a warm welcome when I walk in the door. And my massages with Alexandra make me melt into the table! Kudos to the owner and staff for working so hard to make this place so inviting.
