Kandee has been amazing. I have been seeing her for almost 6 months and she always does a fantastic job and never disappoints. She is very diligent and caring . Kandee goes the extra mile and really cares about her clients needs and wants!!

Most of the hairdressers are very good and friendly but reception is terrible. I only needed a touch up from a cut I got days prior for military service and the hair dresser told me to tell them up front that it was a buzz for a cheaper option and reception said it was the same price which has gone up a good bit since I first started going. Definitely looking to go elsewhere now

Kandee did an amazing job! I’ve never had a bronde balayage I’ve loved this much, the dimension she created looks so beautiful and natural, and the color was spot on! She really took her time to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the final product! I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Nashville!

Unprofessional joke of a salon. Me and my mother were in the area and stopped in for a cut. They said they were busy but would easily work us in. For some odd reason I was taken back first. I have long hair that’s fairly thick and I got a brow wax. My stylist was wonderful. When I finished and got back to the front my mother was still sitting there. Her hair is short. It takes no time to shampoo and cut. A stylist from the back had some to get her and found out she also needed a shampoo and told her “I don’t have time to shampoo and cut sorry, I only have 30 minutes”. It would have taken her not even 20 to shampoo and cut my mother’s hair. The lady was incredibly rude. I was in the back getting a shampoo before and the same woman was next to me shampooing her other client and she spent more time running her mouth to her friends and swinging her own hair all over the place like a teenager than touching her current clients hair. I hope the owner of this salon doesn’t pay hourly. If so she’s wasting her money. Sad thing is the stylist who cut my hair was wonderful, I even took her card to return. But after the way my mother was treated no thanks. We won’t be back. For the price I paid we could have gone to a higher end salon with professional stylists. If your going to play games and run the gossip mill you really should do it in the back of the salon or a break room where paying customers don’t see you.

Worst experience and incredibly unhappy. If you are getting highlights, go to the green hills location. This woman barely put any foils in my hair, didn't use toner, and was completely done in an hour for a full highlight which usually takes at least 2.5 hours at every salon I have gone to in the past 4 years. The green hills location puts about 200 foils in your hair, they are very kind, they do an incredible job, and they include toner all for the price of $130. These people are rude and do not nearly compare to the standards of the Green Hills location. I have been to many different hair salons and this is by far the worst.

I had an excellent experience with Jeaneen yesterday. She gave me a terrific haircut! I am extremely picky about my hair, because I get it cut every six weeks and have for about four decades. So when I say I can tell when a stylist has missed cutting two hairs on my head, I'm not kidding! 😂 It takes someone who really knows hair to give me a great cut and style that I will be happy with until the next haircut in 6 more weeks. I am very very pleased with the way it looks, and it was very easy for me to get it to look just as great this morning when I did it myself. Go Jeaneen! 👍

I have been to Paige a couple of times and she’s amazing. She had an emergency at the time of my last appointment and another stylist was suggested (M) as I walk in. I always go platinum blonde, been doing this for many years (at least 20)! Never once have I had my hair break off at the root or break at the nape of my neck. I paid 160.00 dollars for this other lady to basically destroy my hair. I’ve left it alone for months and months for FEAR of losing more hair. I have pictures of this devastating process! I even told her…”if you’re not comfortable with blonde hair, no hard feelings, I’ll reschedule.” She seemed offended, and assured me she could do it! I wish I had listened to my gut instincts. Now I really don’t know what to do! My color is a mess, I will now have to cut my hair off. My hair was at my mid back and I’ll be lucky if I get to keep it shoulder length and this is 6 months later. I had to see a dermatologist, get expensive hair vitamins, and medicate scalp treatments. The stars given are for Paige. She is a five star but I’m devastated by this one visit with a different stylist.

I went to a different stylist than usual. She didn't listen to what wanted or chose to ignore it, which is worse. Only the left side and back were cut, and I didn't want anything cut off from the back. The stylist asked me what I used in my hair, and I said gel or cream. She asked if mousse was okay. I said NO, but she used it anyway. I added a shampoo. The haircut is awful. The price is very high: $30 for the cut, AND THE COST OF THE SHAMPOO WAS ANOTHER $30!! I will never forget the shock that I received when I paid.

If you’re a guy wanting a haircut/fade or anything of the sort, this is not your place. Seriously one of the worst haircuts I’ve received. I tried to call and see if they could do some sort of refund, but no dice. I had to go to Sportsclips to get my hair somewhat fixed. Live and learn.

Renee was awesome. I'm from out of state. I called, and 2 hours later, I was in . I showed Renee a picture of how I wanted my hair cut and styled, and she did it exactly what I wanted. She has such a fun personality

The salon is very clean, receptionist is super nice and friendly. Stylist cut my hair, first time, just like I wanted. Will definitely be filling back!
