I came in from out of town to attend a wedding. Finding an appointment was difficult on this particular April Saturday. I found one here with Isabelle. She was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I told her how I wanted my hair styled & she complied with the exact parameters I had described. Ladies, we all know that is a rarity!! She did a fabulous job & it was a reasonable price. The shop was clean & bright, the location was convenient & the personel were all friendly. I would definitely recommend this shop & expecially Isabelle!

Gladys is extremely talented and she's very friendly. She did an amazing consultation and the cut she gave was superior. I highly recommend Gladys Rush and Headquarters Beauty Salon to both women and men. It is never a disappointment when you visit Headquarters Beauty Salon!

My experience from the beginning was so welcoming! Even though I waited until the last minute to call local salons to schedule an appt, many weren't open or not taking anymore appts at that time, Headquarters kindly fit me in. Jana was my stylist and I can't express how kind & patient she was!! I've had a history of root issues during coloring, and when my root issue reoccurred during my visit, even though it was already 90 minutes past the end of her shift, she continued to work on my coloring until it was perfect! Thank you Jana for a wonderful experience!

My first and last time going!!!! She messed up my hair. I was supposed to be going out with my friends that night and her response was “ well maybe it wasn’t meant for you to go out tonight” I can not make this up!! She had no empathy at all and still wanted me to pay full price even though she not only didn’t give me what I asked for but my hair was ruined…THREE different colors!!! She even stopped doing my hair and I had to go to another lady so she could get to her other client……

Very unprofessional scheduling and confirmation process. I had my appointment time given to someone else with no notification because she thought I didn’t “confirm.” So I showed up at 8:30 on a Saturday morning and had no appointment.
