Recently I have been rushed out by stylist to the cash register without given the option for a shampoo and hot towel which are included in the price. I had been trying other stores recently. I figured I’d give Head Coach another try but was still rushed out while she spoke to other employees the whole time. Will be trying other barber shops.

Haircut was great, however, never given the option for a shampoo or massage which are advertised online and in the shop.

Was there several months ago and got hit with a big price increase. Had 2 haircuts with the same person. She doesn't do a great job cutting hair and she tries to get out of washing your hair afterwards even though it is part of the service. When cutting hair, she is more concerned with chatting with her coworkers than cutting your hair. Twice I received a survey and stated my concerns. No response was received either time. Today I went to check in and it said they were not open yet (it was 10:00). I went by and they were open and busy. The same girl was there so I walked out. Until they make some changes, they are not worth going to. High prices and lousy service don't make for a good business model.

Checked in a hour early so that I could attempt to not spend all day waiting to get a 10 minute shave. Knew I would probably still have to wait but when a "walk-in" arrives after I did and even after my appointment time and still gets called back before I do, I'm walking out. This is not the first time I've been let down by HC but this will be the last. I understand that I'm only one customer but judging by the disorganization of the scheduling system I'm sure I'm not the only one that's been let down by Headcoach recently. I hope they can figure out a way to fix this but me and my family will take our business elsewhere. Sean

I have went to Coach’s Haircuts for the past year and really enjoyed going there. I tried to get my haircut this afternoon and setup an appointment online. When I got there this afternoon at my appointment time they said it would be 1.5 hours and that online check-ins and appointments don’t hold your spot anymore even if you show up at your appointment time. So what is the point of online check-in? It’s a pointless scheduling system and they shouldn’t be using it anymore if they aren’t going to honor it.

Got passed over a few too many times when it should have been my turn. Waited an hour and finally had to bail and find another place. Won’t be going back. The actual cuts were fine when I was getting into the chair

Jocelyn is awesome. I've been hopping babers and different hairdressers since I've been down here (10 years) finally settled on Jocelyn. She's highly skilled and super talented, almost a year in and I've always walked out of the shop very satisfied. Highly, highly recommend!!! 👊👊👊

Joeclyn did an amazing job. She took her time with my hair and made sure a single hair didn’t look “off”. The price was overly fair for the quality she provided. Most haircuts I got took 10 minutes, but you could tell she cares about her career.

My son has hair that's very hard to cut well. If you've looked high and low to find a great stylist as I have without much success, go see Liz. Great job every time!

35 minutes wait when no one else was in front of us and 25 minutes to get my 7yo boys hair cut. They didn't cut short enough but he didn't want to say anything because then it would make the 3 other people after us wait longer. I had to cut his hair myself again the next day.

My head was butchered. Gave specific instructions. They were totally ignored. Cut is totally lopsided. You should pay to have it repaired. Never go there.
