The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel so comfortable. My stylist did an incredible job – she truly listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. The salon was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch service!

Don't ever go to this place charged more than 60 just for washing my hair does not have a standard rate and judging people on their looks won't recommend this place is the owner not behaving properly..

Really bad service!😡 They promised braids, did nothing, and charged $49 for a wash! Then the owner wanted $35 + tax ($45 total)! 🤯 Horrible place, worst customer service ever. Not even worth one star! ⭐ #BadService #HairSalon #Scam #CustomerService #Money #Complaint

Really bad service. They promised for braids ended up for doing nothing and asked for 49$ for just hair wash . Finally owner asked 35$ including tax 45$ .. horrible place worst customer service. Not even deserving 1star rating .

I hate to be the person that complains about something but the haircut I got here was terrible. I was really disappointed. I showed Iman what I wanted and she just ignored whatever I was saying ended up giving me a cut that I didn’t even want. I was really upset. After everything she didn’t even blow dry my hair but went ahead and started straightening it. She burnt my hair. Very disappointed with this service that I had to go and get my hair cut elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This is my daughter’s account but Heidi Hayik posting. I had a wash cut and style done by Nina today and it was an amazing experience. My hair was long and I was going for a pixie cut. Not only does it look good but the weight of my hair is finally gone!

honestly i went for a blowout and i believe the woman i got was named angelina, she did not blow out my hair she flat dryed it and while my hair was wet she brushed very aggressively ripping from the top of my head breaking my hair and hurting me :/ after i said i asked for a blowout not a flat dry she teased my hair up causing more breaking and hairsprayed a whole can on me , my hair was so crunchy and not blown out whatsoever, as soon as i left i cried and had to move my event as i was getting it styled for an event, had to hop in the shower and re do it myself. also paid almost 100$ to have to wash it out immediately.

Second bad experience here. Worst hair cut for my daughter by far. Not even proper seating for child’s cut, she was sitting on pillow and obviously still too short, as she’s 7.the woman was cutting her hair between the chair and her back.. Also left multiple times during wash/ cut to talk to her friends. Had to come home and finish her trim because she missed so many pieces at the back. 0/5 star if I could

First time being here, I’m not sure if I’d like to go back…. The service was good until I asked how to repair my thin, fragile hair, instead of professional styling advice, I was told to go get blood work for low iron . She also felt bumps on my head and mentioned it & told me to see a doctor. I tried to explain it was my skin condition but still got recommended to visit a doctor. I came here for a haircut and style (which was absolutely amazing no complaints there). Just getting medical recommendations from a hair stylist is not what I came in for. I came to get a haircut and styling and left feeling more ashamed of my skin condition than I already was. Out of all the salons I have been to, never once have I had a stylist mention bloodwork when asking for advice on my thin fragile hair, as well as point out the bumps on my head.

I went to get a “big chop” with my mother. I am extremely satisfied with my hair I had an undercut done and the man who did my hair did an amazing job and listening in order to help me achieve my hair goals. Would recommend
