2nd time after a 4 yr break and now I remember why I don’t want to go back. I pretty much got a back rub for one hr plus hot stone I never asked for after booking a deep tissue massage with someone with strong hands. I asked the masseuse to use more pressure but it happened for a few minutes then she got tired or lazy. I really don’t think she knows where the pressure points are or how to feel for knots. Total waste of time and money.

As much as I am not opposed to the quality of the massages offered here, I absolutely am opposed to being pressured to tip MORE. I gave a 15% tip and was guilted with a “you know she works hard, tip more. That’s not enough”. I couldn’t believe it. 3 women in front of me and the one at reception not asking, but telling me to tip more. I explained tips are optional and that I could tip $0 if I wanted. I left my 15% tip and told them I shall not be returning. Absolutely despicable customer service. Not okay.

I’ve been here a couple of times now in the past month. The receptionist was friendly, and the place is clean and nice enough. The first time with Lisa and the second time I think her name was Mary. Both messages were very good, and this place is a massage-only establishment. Both Lisa and Mary were receptive and responsive to my feedback, about what I wanted, and are very skilled. Mary, in particular, really dug in and got the tough spots on my shoulders and neck. I would recommend.

This may have been one of the best massages I have ever had. 75 minutes and it was the perfect combination of deep tissue and relaxing massage followed with the hot stones at the end. Highly recommend!! Well worth the money and will definitely go back if I’m in the area again.

I frequent here and they are always good but my visit was a little dissapointing. Today I was scheduled for a 75min massage with hot stone. Unfortunately massage was over and the Hot Stone was not done. It was too late to say anything at that point. My massage was still good though.

If I could give 0 stars I would...I was actually looking at my watch waiting for it to be over because it was so bad. No concept of a pressure point or relieving stress...it was a moderate rub down at best. I asked for her to work on the knots in my shoulder blades, I was told there's not enough time. I was burned by the hot stones, thats when it ended for me, 15 mins early. She then had the nerve to ask for a tip. My tip was for her to take a massage therapy class. 0 stars do not recommend

Average massage, my girlfriend woke up bruised. Awkward business practice of paying first and then people who just gave you a massage sit in the front looking at you for tip. It made us feel really uncomfortable.

This is my go to for a good quick and thorough massage! I love that I rarely have to wait, they are clean and considerate. I've not had one problem other than my favorite massage therapist Anna leaving after seeing her for years! You won't be disappointed!

I called before my appointment no one answered. I park and knock on the door at 11:55 still no answer. I called twice and finally a man answers and he has the car speaker going so he cant hear. I put my phone and speaker and he says he will have someone let me in that was at 11:56. 12:00 pm I am still outside waiting. I call back three times and the man answers again. Stating he will be there in 10 mins. My appointment was for a prenatal massage with Anna. He arrives at 12:20 pm and takes my temperature and money. He then says he will look for the reservation and asks to see mines. At this point I am overly confused as to how you can take my money and then not find my reservation. I asked for my money back and I would show him my reservation. I showed him the reservation for 12 pm and left very unhappy. Not to mention that I did my due diligence in calling before I went in.

I have had a few massages with Haven Day Spa and it has been a great experience every time. The massages therapists are amazing! The spa is so clean and welcoming that you start feeling relaxed when you walk in. I just booked another massage and I can’t wait! My Mom loves them too:)

Massage was great but man in the front kept harassing me about a tip I left. Well can I get my massage first before I leave a real tip. It's like he wants you to leave this extravagant tip before the services are performed.not how things work an I honestly think he kept the tip for himself instead of giving it to lady who does the massage kinda weird..

My massages are always great I usually leave super happy but a nightmare happend that same night, not sure if I caught it there but I got really sick 🤒 after I got my massage. It’s been lasting over 3 days now. I don’t want to blame my visit there.

Although this is the best place to get a massage in San Leandro, the tipping situation is really overwhelming. I generally leave about 15-20% but the pressure that they put on customers tip more with all the signage and the constant mentioning of tipping is way too much. Tipping should be discretionary.

I booked a prenatal massage for noon with Chloe. I arrived at 11:45 to locked doors (assuming it was due to covid that the doors were locked) so I called to ask them to let me in. A man answers the phone, tells me he has no appointment at noon and insinuates that I made a mistake. He asked me about an email confirmation, which I did receive, and then says it’s impossible because Chloe doesn’t work today. I booked online and she was an option—I don’t even know her so it’s not like I requested for her and she’s off or something. He then says to try again next time and then hangs up. I’m 38.5 weeks pregnant. Probably not going to be too much longer before I give birth. Wasn’t even apologetic for the website making a mistake and didn’t even offer to fit me in at another time slot or another day. Super unprofessional. No idea how the massage would be, but wasn’t good customer service.

Service was excellent!!! Planned a Girls Relaxation Weekend total of 7 Mr John was able to accommodate the request as well as bring omg additional assistance to fulfill my request. Everyone was pleased with their massage as well as the service !!!! This is a definite do over. I highly recommend their services.....5 Stars!!
