This place has really gone downhill. Serious sanitation concerns in the steam rooms and the jacuzzi. The staff is rude. Would not go back.

I had a wonderful experience at Havana Sauna. This was my first bath house experience and despite it being a little rundown in hours, it was a really great experience. The scrub down and massage was great and the lady who did my services was so nice. The saunas were great. I loved the pools as well. Definitely not the experience you see on TikTok at bigger spas in bigger cities, but still fabulous experience. Will do again.

Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable time. It does seem like there's always something out of service or needing repair (today the hot tub jets weren't working). That being said, improvements have been made and the place has been cleaned up drastically. If they would start giving a small soap with admission ($31) then this would be a 5 star review. Today was busy but every guy made room, offered to move, or invited me to take their spot. Obviously lots of nudity which is to be expected but also adds to the experience. Will be back again.

It was okay. I lived in Japan for 3 years and went to many a bath house (Onsen.) The big thing - sanitation was a concern! That's not good for a bath house. And all things could be pretty easily corrected. The main bother for me is for lack of soaps for the standing and seated bathing areas. They have one shampoo and conditioner bottle only over at the standing shower. Everything else is Irish Spring bars of soap - ew. No shampoo or conditioners at the seated bathing stations. No pump soap for the body. This is so weird for a bath house! Invest in some nice soaps, won't ya? It's so strange to skimp on this. The hair dryer had one brush sitting out. Also ew. Of course, I didn't use it. But strange they've never gotten in trouble for this. Every bath house I have ever been offers combs in some barbacide. The body scrub was also weird. I was laid out on a table under this fluorescent light like a piece of steak being butchered, lol. Also I'm pretty sure she used the same bucket of scrub on me that she did on the last person. I suspected this because the bucket of scrub was pretty large - large enough for her to repeatedly dip her hands with the mitts back into it (which she did throughout). Also ew. I hope I don't get a skin infection or something 😩 Relaxation room could use decorations to make it more inviting. It's just a brown windowless room with three chairs in it. Despite these things, some things were nice. The locker room was nice and clean. Clean floors. Crystal room was very pretty. Hot and steam saunas and pools were nice. I'm not sure I'll be back unless they make some of the simple improvements to sanitation.

I love this place! I come here often and have been coming here for years! Cici was my massage therapist and she was amazing! Helped to alleviate my shoulder and chest neuropathy! Definitely scheduling with her moving forward!

Some areas renovated, some not. Okay… but it felt slightly… less than some other spots. I’d go back, but ONLY if they fix some of the issues with the showers. Things just weren’t working quite right when I was there for whatever reason, but… I’d give it another shot. It was great for the Steam and Dry Sauna, and ONE shower 🚿 worked well, but it was like… kind of waiting to take turns with it kind of thing. If they’ll fix the showers, I’d be back. I did notice some ceiling issues that needed to be addressed as well, but I was told they were still working on some things. I’ll check it out later… but it was… okay.

This is a great little Korean spa. I've been to ones that are very much bigger but this one has some really nice benefits to it. In the men's side having two different temperatures of the saunas was really nice. Also the crystal room was incredibly energetically balanced which was really nice as well. It's not very big but it does the job really well. I enjoyed the massage I got here very much. Jerry is a great therapist. I am curious about getting a body scrub done here sometime. The warm pool and the cold pool were very nice.

I felt so relaxed after my visit to Havana sauna. It’s very affordable and you get access to 2 hot pools, a cold pool, a dry sauna, a steam room, and 2 warm rooms for relaxing. My favorite part was probably the cold pool because it has a VERY powerful waterfall that worked out some serious kinks in my neck and shoulders. The facilities need a little TLC but honestly it was very clean and safe. Can’t wait to go back!

I have been coming there for quite some time. However, the new renovations have made things awful. The lighting in the main tub area is so bright and disgusting. It doesn’t even feel like a spot anymore and the employees definitely need more training, very unprofessional checking of the rooms as well as check-in process

Recently moved to town and was excited to find a Korean Spa. Booked my annual body scrub which never fails to make me feel like a new person with all of the excess skin they scrub off you. If you've never gone to a Korean spa, make sure to leave your shoes in the small cubbies at the entrance of the changing area and book your services ahead of time. This spa is much smaller than what I'm used to and doesn't have a co-ed area or restaurant. But they have hot and wet saunas with 2 hot pools and 1 cold pool (at least in the women's area). I would suggest the business to invest in a fresh coat of paint and maybe more lighting that's diffused.

This place is a gay bathhouse— they pretend it’s not, but be aware that’s what you’re getting. Also not very clean or nice for a spa, which comes with the territory I guess. Overpriced cruising.

I’ve been going to Havana Spa for years. It was always very clean and perfect! In the last few years it has become an unclean mess. Dilapidated and frankly gross. It makes me so sad that I can’t go anymore. It’s just really an unpleasant experience now. It used to be a wonderful, revitalizing, beautiful place to meditate and relax. Now there are many needed repairs and upkeep. Cleaning process needs an overhaul and employee training would help.

I wanted to give this place more however, the massage therapist had given me COVID. The place seems to be very dirty. Please make sure your staff can take off time when they are sick so that they don’t infect your clientele. She was clearly coughing and unwell. As a client you believe the management is NOT allowing their massage therapists to work on people while sick. Please do better for your staff and the community that visits you. The place needs to be clean and safe for all people.

What a wonderful escape from reality. To echo other reviewers, I wish there was a way for us to help contribute to updating Havana Sauna because it is well worth it. I went for the first time with a friend on a Sunday evening, just for the sauna/pools. And we are still gushing about it today. I've been to this style of sauna/bath house before and really love the space Havana had as well as the location. I'd love to see it upgraded and modernized a bit more, it truly felt like a safe haven from daily life. Highly recommend.
