Absolutely 💯 percent have seen many places that are stylist and cut hair.Yet you will be hard pressed to find the professionalism and professionals that work at Harvey's Wig Villa & Beauty top shelf in the industry Tina and all the other colleagues that works there 👏 👍 I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for the best!!

Online it states that they are open on Sunday and close at 7 but that is wrong they aren’t open they need to fix their page so people don’t make a trip all the way there just for nothing

Worst customer service. Guy is so rude. My mother with cancer went in to try on a wig and he quote unquote said "you had hair ow you don't you need to move on." Then proceeded to force her into trying on a wig, when she tried it on she said she did not like it and was going to leave he then charged her 30 dollars for trying the wug on. very disrespectful and rude. I love my stylist and have been going to her for yrs but I’m afraid after today I will not be back. One of the owners chastised me while getting my hair done because I mentioned something about his wife and her dementia. I’m a paying customer and to be embarrassed by the owner of the salon is unacceptable. Also he touched me and I did not give him permission to and felt very uncomfortable. The Harvey brothers are greedy and stingy. They double book the only 2 stylists they have and treat them poorly. Not even letting them use the bathroom between customers. I hope my stylist opens her own salon.

Recently moved back to Beckley, and searched unsuccessfully for a beautician. I hit pay dirt and solid gold today at Harvey's at the Beckley Plaza. Jennifer is amazing. Outstanding! Thank you.

I went in to get an idea of wigs available for chemo. I left when Tom informed me that he didn't have time for me to look at hair color samples for wigs. When I made an appointment I let him know that I was just gathering information. He became rude when I told him I wasn't ready to buy today.

Called and scheduled an appointment for prom hairstyle for the morning of prom (Saturday). When we arrived, we weren’t on the schedule and the old woman at the counter informed us we were supposed to be there on Friday. I told her we had scheduled for Saturday because it was prom and she became very rude. I asked if they could fit us in and she just said no. No apologies, no owning up to their mistake, and just a total lack of caring for a customer.

My mother went in last week. The worse customer service ever. The owner is a complete jerk. My mother walked around for 20 minutes before he even asked her if he could help her. Then yelled at her because she walked between the racks.. apparently that’s frowned upon. Leave a sign up and maybe someone would know the rules without you being a complete jerk. There’s a way to say something to someone without being completely rude. You lost business for sure. Also he said she would have to pay 25$ to try on 3 wigs and 3$ for a cap.

The owner is very rude. It’s obvious all he wants is your money. He ,explained its 3.00 for each wig you try, and if you buy then there is no charge for trying,.That was no problem. When wanting to try a 2nd wig he said we weren't just trying wigs to be trying them. I guess he thinks you should accept the first one you try! He is a real jerk!

Tina was SOOO rude she was snappy the entire time. I wanted to try on a wig and she got very rude. I tried the wig on and when she saw my face knowing I didn’t like it she gave me a very evil look which freaked me out to the point I was afraid to say no to this wig so I just bought it so I could get out of the shop without an issue

Love it l used to get get my hair cure at the Beauty School, because haircuts are getting so expensive, when schools closed l went a place l handn't been to since l was child, and found an old friend, Diana Hall. Cut hair there and it's dose not cost as much as most places, very presently supprised!
