I live in Florida and wait until I come home quarterly to receive services due to their exceptional care and expertise. Terri manages the spa and always ensures my bookings are smooth, seamless, and provides excellent recommendations for my needs. I go to Shannon for Botox and filler injections. She has a gentle approach ensuring minimal pain and actually listens to what you want versus just filling and injecting unnecessarily. Additionally, due to Shannon’s extensive background as an RN, I go to her for PRP and IV injections, where I have seen more growth in my hairline over 1 year. From front desk to my services, I’ve always had a great experience with the staff at Harvey’s and will continue to come back due to the trust and rapport they have built with me.

Amber is a very knowledgeable esthetician. I have been going to her for almost 2 years now and I am extremely pleased with how my skin's appearance has improved. She is easy to talk to and very helpful with any follow up products. I highly recommend Amber and Harvey Aesthetics!

Amber literally saved my skin! I recently suffered from adult acne and I tried going to a dermatologist with no results. After a few sessions with Amber my face cleared up so much! She taught me how to properly use the products prescribed by the dermatologist and she updated my entire daily skincare routine. I can’t thank her enough!

Best spa in WV! The staff looks at every patient as an infividual, provides options regarding treatments, has special events where you can get BARGINS (October 19th, 2023!) and considers your overall long term goals. I wouldn’t go anyplace else! Highly recommend!!’

Had the 2nd treatment with the morphus8 done today and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a more natural treatment done to your face,it puts back the collengen you loose through the years, I have one more treatment remaining and can't wait for the final results!

I had a wonderful experience here! My facial and dermaplaning by Amber were wonderful, and my skin looks great after only one treatment. Amber is professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. I also had a massage with Mariesa, and my shoulders and neck are much more relaxed. I highly recommend their services!

Justine did a beyond wonderful job! I could not be any happier with the results! I have been looking for permanent makeup for years, Ive always wanted lip blushing, but I always had a concern about the color and how its gonna match with my skin tone I wanted it to look very natural. Justine did an OUTSTANDING job and is a super esthetician, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and explains the procedure and products very well. I will be returning for more of her magic! 100/5 stars!!!!!

Justine did my lip blush and it was a wonderful experience. This was my first service here and I felt so comfortable and it was a great atmosphere. I had a hard time picking a lip color and she made me feel so comfortable and helped me pick which one I wanted even if it took her a few times to mix colors. I will most certainly Be back!

I started coming here about a year ago and have been seeing Megan. I can be very indecisive sometimes, but she never pressures me into anything and makes me feel comfortable. She always works with me on making sure I know about the best deals. It doesn't feel like a "sales" atmosphere at all which I really appreciate. I will continue to go here and see her as long as I am able to afford to. The only down side is that I was really interested in the membership and was originally told they would honor the military discount which was a make or break for me, but now said they are unable to which was disappointing but I do use the discount on the services which helps. The front desk girls are always very friendly and Justine has helped me a lot as well to answer my questions or resolve account issues.

I went to Harvey aesthetics for an underarm and leg wax. On my legs the aesthetician used a sugar scrub and on my under arms she used wax. The aesthetician I saw was very nice and gave great customer service. The pictures below are from the underarm wax. Once I looked at my underarms when I got home I saw that my arms were severely inflamed. I notified the supervisor at Harvey aesthetics the next day. I explained to her the situation and sent pictures. She informed me that she would review the pictures with her nurse practitioner and get back to me. As of today she has not gotten back. I understand mistakes and accidents happen but I expect a company to fix their mistakes or offer a refund when the service purchased was done incorrectly.

Everything about Harvey’s is top notch!! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient when answering all of my questions. I got lash extensions and I love them! The technician really took her time and did a great job! I have incredibly sensitive skin and she took great care in protecting it. They even have very comfortable and heated tables. I highly recommend them!!

Luke was absolutely amazing at knowing what kind of massage I needed. I told him, I am a mother as well as a Dental Assistant. That's all the info he needed. I left feeling 100% refreshed and relaxed. Great music and aromatherapy. I felt totally comfortable and at home. I’ll definitely be coming back again! He definitely set the bar high, as this was my first official massage.
