Absolutely the worst manicure I have ever had. The gel is slopped all over the sides of my fingers and on my cuticles. The technician tried to CUT IT OFF. Yup. She was literally cutting me. I've never been here before and I won't be going back. I was given a gift certificate and I feel bad for the kind person who thought they were giving me a treat.

Went in to get a fill in and design touched up very simple design is uneven and crooked a simple black French I will not be going back for $60 I left almost in tears so I will stick with twinkle nails in Mebane!!!!

BEWARE! Very unprofessional! Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Did not clean the pedicure bowls after each person nor used the little protective baggies. Male nail techs emulating sexual noises and asking underage girls that are still in highschool if they know what the sound is. Other nail techs are obnoxiously loud with their joking and playing. Then last but not least nail techs loudly asking clients for add ons to make the total higher so they can have “a bigger pay”.

Had an appointment for 3 people. Got there 10 mins early. Waited for 25 mins after our scheduled time (35 mins total). Three people walked in and were seen before us. We ended up walking away. If we had an appointment it should not have taken that long to see us or maybe they should stop taking walk ins instead of the appointments they had. Complete waste of time.

I came to this business for eyebrow waxing and the wait was 10-15 mins. The nail salon is very clean and decorative on the inside. But the customer service was 3/5. The communication is rusty with the nail techs. I often heard customers repeat their instructions to the nail tech. I noticed they will accept the customer but tell them they will have long waits before service. The nail tech was talking to me about servicr and walked away while he was still taking. So I stood by the desk waiting for 10 extra minutes waiting for a response.. I thought that was a little rude, but I still wanted to give the business a chance. I would only come back to this business If I'm in the area.

I have loved this place for years! But today was the worst customer service I have ever received. Couldn't match the color but didn't tell me he couldn't till after then told me it was my problem. My nail tech is amazing but this guy bout had me in tears! So disrespectful. Then kept talking to other customer about how I should know the number. I would not recommend this guy. I may even switch salons he made me so upset. When correcting my nail it even looked messed up. If I were the owner he would be fired.

I've been coming here for about 5 yrs if not more for pedicure usually, once in a while manicure. I've always been pleased with the staff, service and ambiance. Navy usually does my pedicure. She always goes above and beyond. Everyone there seems friendly. Would recommend to family and friends.

Not happy with this nail place. They didn’t use the bags for their pedicure stations and I got a fungus and lost my two big toe nails.🤢

Well this was my second time using them to have a full set put on. The first time was amazing but this second time it was horrible. The nail technician didnt do the color I asked, he rushed theough the whole entire process, and cut my fingers several times. All in all I was not very happy with the whole experience. In the first week I had two nails fall off, the nail color was peeling off. Went back to have them fixed and charged me full price because they said I caused them to fall off. Then the 2nd week before fill in time I had another nail fall off. So 3 nail repairs in 2 weeks due to me not hitting or causing trauma to my fingers is ridiculous. Therefore I will never go again.

This is the only place I go to get my nails done! It's the only place where the acrylic nails STAY and I can get fill ins! My first set stayed on for 2 months before I had the Olds ones removed and new ones put on! Staff is great atmosphere is great! They do great with your feet too! Will never ever go anywhere else!
