I’ve been coming to this place got 5 years now. If you don’t see your “normal” person you always see you will get overcharged. And I mean overcharged. If they don’t speak English don’t use them! That’s my experience!! Was told one thing then when time to checkout it’s another!!!! Probably won’t be back

This was my first time going here because I heard good reviews about it so I wanted to try it out. I did have to wait a long time but that was fine there was only 3 people in there so I understand but although I wanted a longer length I still wanted to have the same design which he did do just very horribly also instead of doing the mini rhinestones into a french tip he decided to add lil ones around and then just put one big one of top.. also some of the finger nails are chunky others aren’t, I will not be going here again customer service was great tho..

Every time I come here they sit me in a pedicure chair and tell me “5min”. An hour later is when they finally come over. Very frustrating! Just tell me the truth so I can leave and you don’t waste both our time. This is my last chance I’m giving this business

Horrible I don't recommend at all. I waited for nearly an hour and still no service. I just left. I guy walked In and was seated imidatley and serviced. This place is trash. Please don't waist your time or money. And looking at the other people's pedicures they looked horrible. Don't even stop at this place at all

TERRIBLE. BAD SERVICE - WORST PEDICURE I EVER RECEIVED. My first and last time ever going to "happy nails." Literally cut my toenail down to the quick so it bled. No apology because the man spoke zero english. Continued to attempt to "fix" it by filing which made me cringe and feel extreme discomfort. I told him to stop. They charged me the full $30. AVOID THIS PLACE. UNHYGIENIC. DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. DISGUSTING.

The staff here is kind, listens to my request, and take their time with manicures and pedicures. I’ve gone here 3x and each time they saw me as a walk in with minimal wait time and I see lots of return customers for the man in the front, and the lady in the back. Everyone is always happy and I’m happy with my nails!!

There's no way this place you can call happy nails I feel bad for anybody just got to go here to get their nails done because they look like they're done by people still in school who don't know the fundamentals of nail art or nail technician work

i came in for a pedi with a friend and the man that did my pedicure did do a good job cleaning thoroughly and took his time with that but he did cut me and i didn’t have a chance to look closely at the polish until i got home and it’s pretty uneven and not painted correctly. i did get white polish which i know can be difficult to paint with but either way i’m not too happy with how it came out.

Horrible they destroyed my real nails😡I told him not to cut it to short and he did. He used the drill and destroyed my real nails almost cut me with drill also dirty table horrible experience never again

Terrible service, ended up having the nail tech remove the polish she put on, as it was old and clumpy. She didn't even offer to put on a different color just told me to have a nice day and ran off. They still charged me their customary 30$ for the pedi. I went home and finished trimming my nails properly. Was a terrible experience, not relaxing at all. My sister had to tell them 100xs to paint alternating green, red, with a design on her big toe. Honestly, the staff could have been exhausted from the holiday season, but I'm not going back to see if next time is better.

I've thought long and hard about my review because of how friendly the staff was, but, at the end of the day I'm just not satisfied with what I paid for. I came in with a few friends for pedi's and mani's, we were seated in pedicure chairs after a short wait, but unfortunately that's where the short wait ended. We waited with our feet soaking for over an hour; the water in the bowl became cold and uncomfortable and my feet had soaked so long that they actually hurt, because yes, there is such thing as to much. The technician was very apologetic over our wait and quickly got to work. My toe nails were trimmed and files, my heels were worked until smooth, and the rub was amazing and thorough. I could go on and on about the rub. The pedicure in general was good...except for the fact that there is no clear coat over my paint job; even that wouldn't be a big deal if it hadn't left my relaxed little toes looking dull and rough (I picked a polish with glitter). The fact that I can feel every speck of glitter that is in my polish is seriously enough to drive me crazy. Moving on to the mani...I got a basic mani, no tips, just a trim and polish for me. I'm sad to report that my nails are not shaped evenly, like one side of my nail is longer than the other, and the polish is visibly thicker in some area's. One side of my nail, on more fingers than not, is not only visibly longer but the polish is obviously thicker. One of the members of my party actually asked for a full set, which she did not get, because for some reason the tech gave her a basic mani... wth!? So like I said, super nice staff, but ultimately it just wasn't what I wanted or worth the money spent. I won't be going back.
