The older lady did not really listen to what I wanted. I wanted deep pressure and she was just rubbing the sheets against me. There also was not a way to communicate because she did not speak English so she kept tapping and pushing my body aggressively to make me do what she wanted my body to do . I wanted to leave the whole time I was in there. I am not trying to be rude just honest about my experience

Booked this place because it had 4.3 stars and 119 reviews but this is definitely the worst massage in Folsom or in the Sacramento area in general called and made an appointment with my girlfriend and told them to focus on certain spots which they did not , they put in little to no effort into the massage as well, there is a reason it’s 55 dollars for an hour it’s a cheap massage because it’s a bad massage, do no come to this place if you want your body to feel better steer clear.

First time coming here & we had a 60min couples massage. It was very relaxing, the ladies were very sweet & kind. Definitely recommend for a relaxing time with your significant other or even by yourself.

My friend introduced me to this place and I came here a few times. We usually get a foot massage for one hour. In fact you get a full body massage just with your clothes on. All therapies are great here. Today we had Linda and Jack and I can recommend them. They were great. You get a best deal if you buy a package of ten massages. They do some up-sales to their massages. We added hot stone for 5 dollars extra. We turned down choosing an aroma oil for 10 dollars extra. I felt that was not necessary. One thing for sure, the massages are very cheap, they make very little money and work hard, so tip generously! And another thing to mention the therapists don’t really speak English, but it is really not necessary as you have to keep quiet and if you stay in the common room for foot massage.

I came here with my friends, this massage was very painful and not relaxing at all. My lower back is in a lot of pain now, she kept putting her elbows in my spine. We got full body massages and we were expecting to relax, they all do the same exact technique.. none of them asked what we wanted worked on, no one asked what kind of massage or what kind of pressure was preferred. Plus the masseuse’s were whisper talking the entire time.

Orig review '18/8, with revised reviews '19/8 & '24/4: -- 4 Star service (have only done great room, not individual): While not stellar, they have low turnover (Lucy & Anna while limited English, are still there) and are consistent and polite in getting the job done of relaxing the ol' body. -- The great room now containing ~8 beds, as space taken with another private room. It tends to be noisy with customers coming/going/talking/snoring, and the workers being heavy-handed (noisy) while handling the foot-soak tubs and metal riser racks (which can turn the 4 Star experience into a 3 Star in a hurry. Try going off peak hours. -- The workers also tend to sniffle (like a nasel drip) and throat clear throughout the entire massage. And, are heavy handed body work (drop arm vs. setting it back on table). [Review update '24: This is from '18 & '19 reviews, but is NOT the case with either Lucy or Anna.] -- During most of massage, workers next to each other talk while working on individual patron using low tone in a foreign language. -- Always very clean. Quiet, soothing music has a feel like it loops every 15-20minutes; so it turns from music to feeling like a repetitive sound. -- One room, unisex, single occupancy bathroom. Also, always clean & well stocked. -- Cash prepaid pack of 10 one-hour foot massages is best way to go (in great room, but entire body--with under-clothes on--gets done). Pay before service. Get what you pay for. Tip booklet given to patron post-service to leave cash tip--or, can give credit card to receptionist for tip.

Travel all the way from Sacramento to this particular location. I enjoy and am so grateful for the amazing service and friendly staff! I leave feeling happy and refreshed.

I asked for the hot stone massage and didn't have any applied until the last 15 minutes of a 90 minute massage. None on my back just a few on my calves. Be honest! The front desk clerk didn't tell the masseuse what treatment I asked for. I could go on. Next time, don't cover up what was a flat out lie you told me as I was leaving!

I gave this place several chances and I’m done! I have asked every time, just like their sign in the room says, to focus on specific areas. I’ve literally asked the front desk person to tell the massager exactly what I want. They don’t understand English or their own language apparently. I’ll find another place. I was told by a friend, most of their licenses are expired too!

Walls are a little thin. You can hear everyone coming and going. Adios from that, I got the best deep tissue massage of my entire life! My masseuse, absolutely asked me what was bothering me and if there was any areas giving me trouble. The only thing that would have sealed the deal for me is if they provided some bottled water.

My first time ever at a spa getting a massage. I'm a big girl and it was a little hard having my feet soak in a plastic bucket while laying on the table that was very uncomfortable for me it hurt the back of my calves, having a plastic bucket rub on my legs and it was killing my back. After my feet were out of the water it got much better. I never expected to get as much as I got for a one hour foot massage. Trying to flip over being a big girl on that table wasn't easy. I felt like a beach whale LOL. I will use them again, but I probably won't have my feet soak in the water. Unless I can come up with something better.

Best foot massage ever and I’ve had dozens and dozens all over the place. Ask for Jack and you won’t go wrong. This is how a foot massage goes down in case you wonder - you lay down (with your clothes on) on a comfy couch-like chair that lays flat. You are in a room with other people. Feet go in a tub of warm water and you get covered by a towel. They massage your neck and shoulders and arms. Then your feet come out of the water and they massage your feet and lower legs. Then you turn over face down and they massage your shoulders and back. Jack really knew what he was doing and was firm and sure of his art. When you are done you feel like laughing for the release it brings. The price is low ($45 in June 2023) so be kind and tip big. You are getting a great massage!

Very disappointed in this place. I have been coming for over a year now and have thought the services were pretty good, until they flat out lied. I and my daughter came in for a sea salt foot scrub, the masseuse did not use sea salt scrub on her, although we paid for the service. We let the front desk know, they asked the masseuse and he outright lied and said he did. So basically an employees word over a customer and the employee got away with the lie. Probably won't be be coming back because I can't do dishonesty, especially in a place of business.

We hadn't been here for years but decided to try a foot massage. There was some revamping since last time we visited and it felt much cleaner/fresher. My husband and I both had great massages. Dont let the foot massage tag fool...it is a full body massage but in a shared dimly lit room. We buy tickets and the value for the dollar cant be beat.

This is my go-to massage place in Folsom! My family and I have been coming here for years, we have our favorite masseuses we ask for every time. All their employees work very hard and make sure we are comfortable by asking our preferences before and during the massages. On my mom's birthday, they made sure she could have her favorite masseuse and wished her a happy birthday, which we really appreciated. The pricing is very reasonable and I feel that the rooms are clean. I recommend trying this place out!
