Amazing experience! First of all I went in to buy my kids Christmas gift cards. I mentioned I had purchased a gift card over 3 years ago and it got lost in a move. It was like magic! It was easily looked up and I was able to use it right away. Now that is fantastic service. I went in for my massage and it was like they knew exactly what I needed. I haven't had a massage in years, but it may become more of a regular self care item for me. So much help for the pain in my hips!

I absolutely LOVE this establishment. I have been going here for quite some time and I have met with several staff for different services such as facials, reflexology, regular massages, craniosacral, lymphatic drainage and more. I am always beyond impressed by the quality, kindness, and cleanliness. I also appreciate the focus of clean products as I have sensitive skin. I have enjoyed every single visit and I bring in my significant other to enjoy it as well. If you are considering booking at hands in harmony, I highly recommend you to do so! The thorough consultation beforehand is very helpful to those that are new to different kinds of services and the therapist always go above and beyond to make you comfortable and satisfied with your stay. I was trying a new service and Alejandro was very thoughtful in explaining and answering my questions and then did a lovely treatment. Also I was very grateful that you were open on these holidays to get me in and then for me to make appointments for my sister in law and daughter for today. I have been before but it has been awhile so I always think about coming your way when I am back visiting family but this time it really worked out.

It's a calming atmosphere from the minute I walk in, to the minute I leave. Sarah W. is always working with me to adapt exercises to best support my body. On top of that, she is so good at deep pressure.

I purchased a few gift cards a couple years ago that I was unable to locate. Whoever helped me via text message was amazing. We were able to track them down by my card so I was finally able to use them! I didn’t catch the name of who greeted me at the door when I first arrived, but she was very kind and prompt. She helped me with any questions I had and was able to apply my gift card balances to my account so I wouldn’t have future issues. Meadow, my massage therapist, was excellent in her hospitality and technique. I am a full time dental hygienist who hasn't been getting regular massages for the last two years. She was able to work out a lot of tension and I feel great. I have already scheduled an appointment next week with her.

My review is not reflective of the skill of the therapists, but the greed of the ownership. Over the years they have continued to pass fees off and nickel and dime the customers. They have continually increased prices, reduced services, and very little (if anything) seems to go to the actual therapists doing the work. I went here for years but it is no longer an environment I wish to support, and there are plenty of great massage therapy places in the area! I recommend finding another place that will return the loyalty back to their customer base.

Edit : update to my previous review below. The owner reached out to me and we discussed about what'd suit me better. She scheduled me with Ali. He was great and exactly what I was hoping for. They covered the cost for this one. Ali listened to my problem and worked accordingly on those areas. Updating to 5 stars to both the masseuse and the owner. I think its highly rated because of the ambience and all the fluff around it. But as far as the massage goes its meh. Asked for a 120 min swedish. Mentioned in the intake form the target areas twice (online and when arrived in person). Also mentioned what I had liked in previous massages elsewhere i.e. more pressure. All of that just to get a garbage massage. I kept asking for a more pressure and specific areas but the masseuse had to do what he wanted to do or perhaps the only way he knew how to do. Started giving me BS explanations about alignment, etc. He kept saying that its not the necessarily the pressure i need but i "needed to take deep breaths to feel the pressure". As a physician myself I never knew such physiology as I was taught today. For a 120 min swedish all i got was the masseuse doing some chiropractic maneuvers instead of long strokes. Despite asking before and during the massage several times as politely as one could. Its a good way of making money without putting in the actual effort. I still tipped decent only cz the chap was respectful. All in all if you're looking for just relaxation maybe go here but if you are looking for a therapeutic massage for an actual issue like pain or spasm. I'd say just go to a cheap chinese massage place, might not be as bougie looking but they will do what you ask them to do.

I was able to schedule a 90 massage easily. My Massage therapist was Jaden W. He listened carefully to my concerns about my current pain issues. He explained what he thought was needed and proceeded with therapeutic massage. He checked in with me throughout the massage making sure I was ok with pressure etc. I know he was successful in addressing my issues because the next day I noticed that I was feeling much better than I had in a long time! I hope to schedule another massage with Jaden soon. Thank you Jaden!

Hands in Harmony is heavenly! Lots of different therapists (Jessie and Alejandro are my faves) means lots of available appointment days/times. Scheduling online is easy. The reception/retail area, waiting room and treatment rooms are beautiful. It's a 12 out of 10.

I have visited beautiful, relaxing HANDS in HARMONY many times, but today I met with Jaden Wood as my massage tech. He was possibly the best tech I have ever worked with, as he was able to identify my trouble spots and was very skilled at alleviating them. I plan to visit monthly, now, as I feel so much better, and Jaden will be my go-to tech!

This was my first time ever having a professional massage, Ellen did a wonderful job and everyone in that building was very kind and caring. It is very calm and tranquil there, just walking in I felt the peacefulness of the place. This place is so wonderful. If you have a chance definitely go! It’s amazing!

Amazing....Amazing...Amazing!!! My wife and I booked a couples massage with Alejandro and Tonya. They were so knowledgeable and very professional and the massages were top notch!! This is now our "MASSAGE PLACE ".

As a visitor to the area, I would definitely come back. MaKayla (massage) and Stephanie (facial) were wonderful. They internalized my every request, making the experience very relaxing and refreshing. MaKayla was very intuitive with energy work and Stephanie was very gentle with my face. The entryway and waiting room of Hands in Harmony were very welcoming and calm. Thank you!

I’ve been here a few times, but never felt super cared for until yesterday. I had a lot of tense back muscles from over time, and Alex focused on those spots only. She could tell the bad spots before I could even open my mouth. I will absolutely be back more often. Thanks so much Alex! Today my back and arms feel brand new!!

We had a wonderful experience on 4/6 with Aaron and Ellen . We did 30 minutes bodies scrub and 75 minutes of deep tissue massage! Wowza I highly recommend them they were truly the best two massages that we’ve had in a very, very long time! If you’re looking for two great massage therapist, my husband and I truly enjoyed the couples massage.

I love HIH. I have benefited from massages here over a dozen times and my therapists, both male and female, have always been extremely respectful and professional at least, and magic-workers at best. They often have great deals on short term availability and holidays, but I feel my massages here have been great value for money at full price. My wife and I have also enjoyed the hot tub and picnic package several times - a very fun addition, and one of the only spas in the area to offer water services in addition to massage. 10/10, will be back - thank you all!

Respectfully what a joke this place is. Surprised my friend after a terrible week of devastating news and for her birthday and this place was beyond a joke. We entered the incorrect address on the way. Figured it out half way through and called to let them know we would be arriving late and to confirm if that was okay.. they were so understanding and said it was no big deal that we could still come and the call was ended. We arrive and there was confusion on which person received what massage package and then we were taken back and the other 2 people on our group stayed. I go to get my massage and tell her I prefer a hard deep massage as I carry stress in my shoulders. The “massage therapist” sat the entire time and the pressure was as strong as a 1 year old child’s strength. When we get to the “tub room” after we were greeted with warm cheese and left over wine that was left in the room from the other 2 ladies on our group. Hell we probs had the same water as them for all we know. The most disappointing thing is we were never advised of “late fees” being charged since we arrived 7 minutes late. Never signed any paperwork that stated this. Never was told by anyone these would be applied.. very clear to see we were not told this so they could secretly charge this after we left. JOKE. Never ever again. Trying to take my friends mind of devastating circumstances in her life only to greeted with: lying, sloppy, rude and poor business owners.

I booked what was supposed to be a relaxing day as a treat for my boyfriend and was met with a frustrating experience, blame for something I/we did not cause, and attitude from the owner. I used to love coming but I will not suggest HIH to anyone after today.

Instantly calming place as soon as you walk in. Check in staff very kind, ensuring you are prepared for their wide variety of services. Recently found favorite massage therapist who is very attentive. I feel he works with me as an individual to focus on areas of concern and provides feedback on what I can do at home to keep muscles happy and knot free. Minor issue I had with 3rd party booking app was immediately looked into and corrected by manager even though it was customer user error. :)

Loved the way we were greeted, also loved how well we were taken care of. Loved the atmosphere very calm and soothing. Definitely will be back soon!!
